Great location!

You can't beat the location of this property! We loved how close we were to the beach and all of the shops. The neighborhood felt very safe. Safe enough that we allowed our early teen and younger daughter to shop and walk to and from the beach by themselves (they were in heaven, especially with the candy shop)! The taco place right next door has the Tiki Toss game, and corn hole that we would play (and $4 tacos on Taco Tuesday). The beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and sand toys were great to have as well. You don't really need a car to get around; Publix is a 15 min walk, and you have a lot of options for restaurants in a 5 min walk or less. We didn't go into it thinking this unit would be the Ritz, but it would fit the bill for our needs, since we just need a place to lay our heads at night, and that's exactly what it was. Jordan was very responsive to my messages; even one that was late at night. Overall, the place isn't fancy, but it was clean, and as they say, location, location, location!

Tight squeeze

The photos for this apartment are deceiving. They make it appear larger than it actually is. Location is excellent. Bathroom is tiny; kitchen too. There is a very steep winding concrete staircase to get to door. It is dangerous. The place is very worn; shabby. A mattress had to be replaced because it had literally sunk into the center. When we arrived, several lamps were not plugged in. When I tried to plug them in, I realized that there were no outlets close enough. Extension cords were not provided. The main unit AC failed. It had to be replaced with a portable unit. The AC in the front bedroom kept failing. There is no dishwasher despite listing saying there is. There is a washer/dryer but it is located in the backyard, coin operated and shared with the downstairs unit. The closets are fine, but there is nowhere to hang beach and bath towels and no clothesline in backyard. The shed in the backyard is full of beach stuff and backyard games; very helpful. If you want to be in the center of restaurants, shops etc/ the location is perfect. Just a quick walk to the beach. The property manager, Jordan, was very attentive to our needs. He quickly arranged for a new mattress and AC. The repair/service staff were excellent and friendly when they came to replace/repair things for us which should have been corrected before we arrived. The unit could be much nicer; it just needs some TLC, but the tiny bathroom and kitchen are way to small for our two couples.

Fun time! Great location to everything!

We had a wonderful visit! Great location to everything! The home was exactly as we saw. So nice That all the beach accessories were in the shed so convenient and the shower outside was great too. Wish there were some more towels Overall such an amazing stay!

Can’t wait to book for next year!

I hate to leave a review because I don’t want it to be booked for our next trip by someone else- but it’s The PERFECT location in LBTS. Very clean and stocked with everything needed. Bring quarters for the washer and dryer if you need to use during your stay. As another review mentioned some things do need some TLC but did not interfere with the quality of our stay- which we loved. We will definitely be booking for our stay next year, we call dibs!
