Bedrooms 2, Bathrooms 2, Sleeps 4
The Flat 'La Mezzanine' is a very nice apartment for four people. In the lower area is the living room and a bathroom with toilet and shower. In the upper floor, there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The apartment is actually good for 6 people, but we allow maximum 4 as we put a rich interior into it. The kitchen is well equipped with 4 stoves, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and anything else. The dining table has a seating for max 6 people. The sound system is great, the window blinds also go down automatically and enable a perfect and quiet sleep. All windows are not see trough from the outside. The entire interior is very rich and of the highest quality. Both bathrooms have toilets. There are two bedrooms, one bedroom with a king size bed, the second bedroom with a queen size bed.
Location: The apartment is located on Rue Dauphine in the Saint Germain-des-Près neighborhood, one of the most beautiful and prestigious downtown locations in Paris. For culture-lovers, the Louvre Museum is right next-door, together with its beautiful ‘Jardin des Tuileries’ (Tuileries Garden) where you can enjoy a long walk up to the ‘Place de la Concorde’. For the romantics, stroll down along la Seine in the evening, which is just down the road, and explore its restaurants. If you ever feel like staying in though, the apartment offers a wonderfully quaint atmosphere with its elegant art and rich furniture for all the comfort you may desire. Travelling to Paris by train is highly recommended, as finding parking space in France’s capital is not the easiest.
Cleaning: there is a cleaning fee of 150 EUR which needs to be paid in cash upon arrival at the flat to the housekeeper.
The apartment is on the ground floor, so no elevator neccessary to access it.

Property was just as described. Communication with Property Manager was prompt and thorough. On site hostess was pleasant. Fabulous location in the middle of Paris.
Details: Enter into nicely furnished kitchen. Down 8 steps to large 2 story living and dining room. 3/4 bath downstairs. From kitchen up 10 steps to sleeping loft, bedroom, bathroom and study. Queen bed is in a small bedroom. King bed is in the sleeping loft overlooking living room. Complete privacy was possible by using blackout drapes surrounding the bed. At night it was very dark and quiet so we slept well. The bath was a very nice size with a great sink and make up mirror. Full size tub/shower as well. Plenty of armoir space for clothing.
Neighborhood was filled with plenty of good cafes and restaurants and nice shops.
We do recommend this apartment and would stay here again.
Very comfortable and pleasant to stay in. Even better to foray out from. Incomparable location!
Meeting the concierge for the keys was easy, and she was very helpful. Apartment was clean, well appointed, and comfortable. We easily walked everywhere we wanted to go.
Nicely appointed apartment in a great location.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment does have a fairly open concept with one of the bedrooms being a loft which might be a consideration for some but worked fine for us. Overall it’s a beautiful place, close to the subway and some wonderful little cafes for good food!!!
Clean, superb location! Beautiful decor, too!
Perfect Parisian Apt for a Family Vacation
Spent one week in this apt middle of July. I really cannot write anything but positives: plenty of space, all modern and new kitchen appliances, very clean, great convenient location, etc. Although the concierge did not speak English, she was able to communicate in Spanish with our10 year old granddaughter; she communicated with us using Google Translate so all was good! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
The location was wonderful. We walked to the highlights of Paris and enjoyed the cafes in the area
The apartment was really cute. For us it was a little hot sleeping since we are used to AC in the summer time
