A few minutes from Memorial Hospital and Savannah State University, Tiny Apartment is close to dining and shopping. The historic district is 15 minutes’ drive away, and it’s about 30 minutes to the international airport or to the nearest beach at Tybee Island.

Couples and single travelers can use the money they save to explore Coastal Georgia.

There is a single bedroom in the apartment that has a queen-sized bed. A fan and blackout curtains help guests to catch up on sleep after late shifts.

Our kitchen is fully stocked for guests with all the appliances of home. A dining table seats 2.

A washer & dryer is available. Please note that it is shared with guests in the other home on the property. We are pet-friendly, but we acknowledge that our Tiny Apartment is only big enough for dogs or cats under 30 lbs.

During Summer, please keep vents in all rooms open and don't close them. Hot air raises, so during the day, best to keep fans circulating to produce air movements throughout the house.

This home rents for 30 nights or more.

For stays of 38 nights or more, we are able to split your payments into multiple payments so that you do not have to pay for the entire amount upfront. Please contact us for more information on this.

Starter supplies are provided. Guests will need to supply their own consumables such as toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags.

This home is pet friendly. The back yard is a safe place to exercise pets, and there are parks nearby for recreation.

Dog Breeds NOT Allowed are Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, Chow Chows, Presa Canarios and wolf hybrids.

Violators will be asked to vacate the property without any refund.
