The space is the entire bottom unit of a duplex with a screened in front porch that connects to a large fenced in pool. There is seating and a foosball table located in the screened in front porch.
** Pool area is shared with upper unit**
*Please note: this is a dog-friendly property and we encourage guests to bring their furry friends along with them! You may hear the occasional bark.
There is a large, gravel parking lot directly in front of the house to provide free parking for guests.
Please do not park taking up multiple spots in the lot as there are other guests who need to use the parking lot as well.
Property is located directly on the main strip of Tybee Island (where highway 80 turns into Butler Avenue). Walking distance to various restaurants, bars, and shops. The 13th street beach access is located directly across the street!
Free parking is available at the property in a spacious, gravel lot. Once you are settled, there are options to rent bikes for the duration of your stay on the island. However, our property is conveniently located walking distance from the beach, bars and restaurants, as well as shops so it won't be necessary to purchase transportation if you do not want to.
Parking throughout the island is metered to the city of Tybee.
Pool is open from 8am to 10pm.
Must be 25 to rent this property.
Please contact if you would like the pool heater on, there is an up charge of $50 per day to run the pool heater.
No parties or events allowed.
Do not take up more than one parking space in the lot and allow for other guests to move in and out.
