Hidden Gem is a peaceful 2BR/2BA ground-floor condo only steps away from the Intercoastal Waterway on Treasure Island. Enjoy a prime end-unit location within a short walking distance to the beach and a fantastic assortment of bars and restaurants.
The spacious private patio offers plenty of seating and a lovely vantage point for watching dolphins and the boats passing by. Sip drinks on the shared dock at sunset after a swim in the heated, all-season pool. On-site parking can accommodate two vehicles and a boat trailer.

LIVING AREA

Coastal colors and water vistas make it easy to unwind into vacation mode in the living room. An inviting leather sofa, recliner and chic club chair offer plenty of seating around the 49” Roku TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

A full kitchen with stainless steel appliances is outfitted with everything you need to prepare and serve your favorite recipes. Water views are even on display at the kitchen sink! A French-door fridge has room for all your groceries and favorite drinks.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

This single-level condo sleeps up to four guests between the two suites.
Make yourself at home in the tranquil master suite, appointed with a stately king-size bed and a 40” flat-screen TV. The en-suite master bathroom features a walk-in shower.
Another king-size bed awaits in the guest suite. Retreat and enjoy your own flat-screen TV. This room has a bathroom with full tub/shower and safety bars. Each suite also includes a private entrance for added privacy!

OUTDOOR AREAS

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Home on the bay
The location is great. The building itself needs some work and updating but the actual unit within the “motel” is spotless and organized. The owners took care of the unit and seem to care about the property greatly. We had some issues that I really want to address so you are prepared if you decide to stay here. - My husband, two kids, and Aussie arrived on Friday afternoon. After driving 8 hours, we unpacked the truck, changed clothes, and went to the grow dry store to stock up. When we got back, we unloaded the groceries and walked to our door to put in the code. To our surprise, we couldn’t get back into the unit. The office on the property closes around 4:00 and the number on the door is to a landline that no one answers (we could hear it ringing) because it’s the office number. We called Vacasa and they were going to get in touch with the manager so we had to wait outside in the heat for almost 20min with groceries and two tired ten year olds before we heard back from the building manager. He gave us a new code and said it was a malfunction. Understandable, however, the new code that got us inside never worked again after that. We decided to keep the bedroom door facing the camera unlocked so we could get in and out. A good thing to note is the place appears very safe and has cameras around the grounds so leaving a door unlocked didn't pose an issue. We didn’t want to have to keep bothering the manager for a new code when it seemed like it was a reoccurring issue. -Be aware that the lawn is NOT yours and people like to gather there at all hours during the day and evening. So if you are ok with having zero privacy when it comes to the outside area, this won’t bother you. -On Monday, we heard a knock at the door and my husband answered it. It was the building manager and he told us there had been complaints of dog poop on the lawn and he asked us to clean it up. Being oblivious to the situation, avoiding conflict, and thinking it was our dog’s, my husband obliged. I went outside after he told me what happened and could tell it was not our dogs. FYI-people like to bring their dogs to the lawn area right outside the back sliding doors and there were a few visitors on the boats beside us that had small dogs that came into the yard Sunday night. We love dogs, obviously, we brought ours on the trip! But we got in trouble for this dog poop that wasn’t even ours(we had been cleaning it up since arriving). I got to stewing on this one and decided well if someone is complaining, I guess I need to! I messaged the manager about the lock situation and the noise (will get to that later). I received no response. -The boats can dock at any of the docks available behind the complex. One dock is right outside your back door. If you plan on fishing from the dock, just hope there isn’t a boat in the way and hope the owners don’t decide to dump dead fish right by the privacy fence outside your back door. -Above us it sounded like folks were moving furniture 24/7. So the “quiet hours” don’t exist like the rules state. Two days before we left, there was a wild group that came in that stayed on the dock beside the one outside our door. They were very loud and we were thankful that those were our last nights there. All in all, the place was fine but the grounds and the management needed improvement. The issues we experienced weren’t the owner’s fault.

Great vacation rental
The unit is as advertised. The pictures are accurate of what the condo looks like. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. The overall complex is very well maintained. I caught a lot of fish off the dock. The walk to the beach is a little longer than I imagined. Plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance.
