Amazing resort amenities are available for an extra fee and include a waterslide, lazy river, pool, hot tub, grilling areas, beach volleyball, tropical bar, fitness center, and saunas. Enjoy being just a short drive from golf courses, restaurants, dining options, and popular attractions. Head to Lake Tohopekaliga or Lake Kissimmee for days by the water. Golf lovers will find prominent courses nearby.

Enjoy the cool breeze on the private patio with seating. A shared yard provides room for lawn games.

When you are not enjoying the incredible amenities, relax on the sofa and watch a movie on the TV in the living area. A full suite of stainless steel appliances and granite countertops shine in the pristine kitchen, also equipped with a wide array of cookware and helpful gadgets.

All the bedrooms include TVs and two has evn suite bathrooms. One of the guest bedrooms includes a TV and a desk.

THINGS TO KNOW
Guests must pay a $25 tax resort fee every day they are on the property at the front desk. Guests may have up to eight bands to access the resort and towels are available to rent.
Beginning September 1, 2023, each reservation will require a $100 incidental hold placed on the payment method at the time of check-in. At the time of check-out, the hold will be returned once the provided wristbands and pool towel cards are returned to the front desk.
Parties are prohibited. If one is suspected to be occurring, security will be notified and guests will be fined $250.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
