Thanks for considering a Vacasa home! We provide full-service management for privately owned vacation homes, and like to think that we offer our guests the best of both worlds: the unique experience of staying in a one-of-a-kind vacation home, with the peace of mind that comes from knowing that the home you book for your special vacation is cared for by professional housekeepers and property managers.
Vacasa began in 2009, simply because our founder and CEO Eric wanted to find a better way to share his wife’s family’s summer home in Long Beach, Washington with guests as a vacation rental. Eric and his early team worked to build Vacasa on the premise that local employees can do what they love most (taking care of guests, homeowners, and properties), while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management—things like marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website—could be handled by a specialized central support team.
Our passion is connecting travelers with the unique experience of staying in a vacation home, and we would be honored to be your host. Please contact us with any questions about this home—our team is standing by!
This is quite a ways South for us, but it's worth the drive. The view is spectacular. I brought sewing and a book and have neglected both for I cannot tear my eyes from the crashing waves.
The dogs are exhausted from our walk to the beach, we are grazing on leftovers from fantastic dinners. Even doing the dishes you can watch the ocean. In fact, it is by far the best doing of dishes this year to date.
We were very pleased with the house it was spacious and very clean the large Windows gave a beautiful view to sit and enjoy would love to come back here
What a wonderful sight to wake up in the morning and look out the dining room windows at the ocean - right there in astounding panorama. Couldn't be better.
We just stayed in September at this property. Great house, very updated. If you like to watch the tide on the rocks this is the place.
We decided to elope while in Yachats at Cape Pepetua. It was beautiful! We stayed here for 3 days and enjoyed it very much. The rental and the views can't be beat. Clean, spacious place, and the hot tub was a nice bonus! We couldn't be happier. :)
We enjoyed our stay at this property and exploring this area of the Oregon Coast. It was very peaceful, although not private by any means. We enjoyed watching whales off the front lanai, exploring the tidepools, nearby beaches and viewpoints, and surrounding towns and would return again. Our disappointment was mainly in the first impressions of cleanliness and maintenance explained elsewhere. We realize it's tough to be on the ocean and keep up but this property could have used a little TLC. Even so, we enjoyed it in the end and would probably return.
