7,000 sq. ft. home with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 baths. Bedrooms include a first floor master suite (king). There are 4 bedrooms on the second level; two have private baths (one is a king, one is a queen), the other two bedrooms (one king and one queen) have private sink areas and share a bath and toilet. The finished walk out basement has one bedroom (king)with private access to the outdoors and views of the lake and fountain. 6 burner gas cooktop, double Bosch ovens, deep dish sink, wine refrigerator, desk, dining seating for 12, adjoining hearth room with stone gas fireplace and access to back deck. Walk out basement also features stainless steel refrigerator, dishwasher, & microwave. 4 of the 6 bedrooms have king size mattress, 2 of the bedrooms have queen size mattress. One of the second floor bedrooms also features a queen sleeper sofa. Lots of private space for families/friends wanting privacy but wanting to be together in the common area's and have enough room for everyone. Great scenic walking trails nearby also.

Enjoy long walks on our safe, scenic roads or throughout any of the adjacent 100 acres owned by the developer, and your host. Located within 200 yards of a private Country Club, privleges available. Great pool in summer months, restaurant is excellent. Horse back riding and lessons are within the community at Walnut Grove Stables. A quick ride downtown (9 miles) to a University of Kentucky sporting event is always memorable. A short drive to Cave Run Lake (1/2 hour) satisfies our boating and lake desires. Hiking in Natural Bridge and the Red River Gorge is an hour away and worth the drive. Enjoy the weekends watching a polo match at the Kentucky Horse Park. Check out minor league baseball, the Lexington Legends, at sweet Applebees Park. Attending Keeneland's spring and fall meet, and sales. Catching a play at the Opera House. The list goes on and on! Our stay at your home was way beyond our expectations! The pictures do not do justice to the property and the home is wonderfully decorated. The amenities make this a very relazing place to stay. Every detail is provided for just just as if you were in your own home. The layout of the home allows not only for a large number of people but provides alot of privacy also. The best part of our visit was provided by the personal attention given to us by Kerry & Tina who not only made us feel at home but also provided us with much local info, They made us feel like part of their family just staying for a family visit! We also met some of the neighbors who extended great hospitality to us.
We highly recommend this location for everyone looking to for an exquisite location with special southern hospitality.

We stayed at this home for four days for Rolex. This was a trip for a bunch of girls from my barn. We loved being able to have space to hang out, grill, and fix meals together. We bought our tix for next year today. If we have a similar large group I'm sure we will think about staying here again!
We recently rented this beautiful house for the breeders cup horse race. The owners were very cordial and everything met our expectation. I would highly recommend this property.
8 friends - 4 couples- rented this home for 4 days and really enjoyed our stay. We were in Lexington for Football, Keeneland, Bourbon tours and an opportunity to reconnect from our college days of 30 years prior! Tina was easy to work with over the phone to get everything set up and Kerry greated us upon arrival, showed us around the house and how to opperate TV's, grill... An info sheet with further instructions and restaurant suggestions was also provided and we took advantage of breakfast at Windy Corner Market - well worth the short drive through beautiful countryside! Lots of space in the home to spread out and the kitchen was great for cooking a few meals and all to be together around the table to share laughter and stories. If we are back in Lexington with a large group we will definately rent from Tina and Kerry again.
We rented this property for 10 days during a horse competition. It was an easy drive to horse park and felt like you were in a country getaway after long days at horse park! We had all the family (8) and everyone was comfortably independent in their own cozy rooms with bathrooms. The home was so spacious and fun to hang out in the evenings and watch tv in the theatre Room. We cooked most evenings in the fabulous kitchen which was well stocked. The owners couldn't have been more hospitable arranging dinner reservations the night we arrived and offering their advice on the local restaurants. We are hoping to get back to horse park this year and would definitely stay at this property again.
I rented this beautiful home for a golf stag with a group of 8 friends. The place worked out perfectly for us. Everyone basically had their own room, which was nice for everyone to crash in comfort after long days of golfing and watching the NCAA tournament games at night on the huge projection screen in the basement.
The kithen was also massive and worked out well for all of our breakfast, lunch and drink supplies to be laid out on the large island. We grilled out one night for dinner on a brand new grill and all the cooking supplies you could imagine can be found in the kitchen.
It was a little cold while we were there, but we did take advantage of the deck in the back that looks over a pond to have drinks and discuss our matches for the next day.
Everything worked out great, plus Tina and Kerry were very eager to help if we had questions. I was able to text them to get information about where to order dinner one night and they were quick to respond to any other questions we had while we were there. It was really like having a concierge for our trip. I couldn't be happier with our experience and hope to rent from them again in the future.
This home was a great venue for a quiet family weekend celebrating my parents' 50th anniversary. The kitchen was fabulous and there was plenty of room for us (17) to all gather at meal time. The house has several different sitting areas, so it was easy to find a quiet corner also. I would certainly recomend this property to a friend. It was clean and well maintained and the owner was helpful.
