With two bedrooms and a bonus TV room that doubles as a third bedroom, this home is perfect for an extended stay in Frisco! Sip morning coffee on the private deck as sun rises over the mountain. After a day of exploring, mix up a cocktail or grab your favorite beverage and recap the day's adventures. Fire up the gas grill for a mountain barbecue. The wood-burning fireplace in the living room provides warmth and ambiance and the full kitchen comes equipped to handle easy mealtimes. There is a full bathroom on the main level for added convenience. Kids can make the downstairs TV room their own, with a TV/DVD player, sofas, a full bathroom and two twin beds. On the upper level, two bedrooms share a full bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed and flatscreen TV. The second guest bedroom features a queen.

The good, the bad, and the ugly.

Good: this is a nice sized condo and the pictures of it looked good. The kitchen was nicely layed out and well stocked. The furniture was big and comfortable. Bad: the whole place is so worn out feeling. The loose dirty looking matted-down treads to the 2nd floor, the living room curtains hemmed with safety pins, and blinds that don't work. A glass coffee carafe with a big chunk out of it. Ugly: the dirty bathmats, dirty shower curtain. I couldn't bear to get in the shower. Discovering that there was no fitted sheet on our bed at bedtime. My daughter discovering no top sheet on her bed. I would guess the quilts haven't been laundered in a while. One thread bare towel in the kitchen. Please, it did not give confidence about the cleanliness of this condo - in general.

Great Place

Cozy mountain home

This home is conveniently located just minutes from Frisco Main Street and a reasonable drive to Breckenridge and Vail ski resorts. It was the perfect accommodation for my family’s spring break vacation.

The best place to stay in Frisco

This place was great -- easy to find and check in. The kitchen has all the equipment to prepared food or cook a great meal. Three sizes on the coffee pots for great convenience. The master bedroom is huge w/ a great king-sized bed. Plenty of closet and drawer space for your clothes and accessories. Big shower with a heater. Wifi was easy and reliable. A great fireplace for added warmth! A short, convenient walk to Main Street shops and restaurants. I plan on returning for another visit. Thanks.
