The condominium has 2 separate bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with a tub shower, and 1 half bath which contains a sink and vanity. The master bedroom has a queen sized mattress while the 2nd bedroom contains two twin beds. There is a new full sized sleeper sofa located in the living area. The unit was updated in the Spring of 2009 which included fresh paint in the living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and hallways and new carpeting and flooring in the kitchen and living area. We also added new vanities, sinks, and light fixtures in both bathrooms. A new couch and 2 new armchairs were purchased in the Summer of 2010 to go with our most recent purchase of a new HD TV set. In the Fall of 2012, we added new kitchen cabinets and a new stainless steel dishwasher and range with microwave. This property has been with us since it was built in the early 80's and we do our best to keep it clean and make our guests feel comfortable during their stay. NO PETS ALLOWED.

It is super convenient to the slopes which makes it very appealing.
It is very clean and well kept. The furniture is in good shape and the beds are comfortable.

This condo was an excellent choice for our Killington ski vacation. It was clean and comfortable, and was very close to the hill. We drove (1 minute?) to the K1 lodge, but we could have taken a shuttle. After a full day of skiing, it was relaxing to return "home" and have the use of the kitchen, which had all the necessary equipment, and of course sit by a warm fire in the fireplace. One day it rained (it was after all, "The Winter that Wasn't") and we were able to use the dryer in the building to dry our soaked through ski togs.
My family would happily return to this condo for our next Killington vacation.
Had a great time with my family. Condo was extremely convenient as it is very close to Ramshead/Snowshed base areas and the bus came by almost every 10 minutes if you needed that. Condo had everything we needed for our stay. Pool was in a separate building but most condos up there are this way and the kids loved using it at the end of the day. Would definitely come back!!
Had a great time with 4 adults. The goal was to ski and be close to the hills and nightlife. On site stores for food and clothing (forgot bathing suit) and enjoyed the warm hot tub and sauna after a full day of skiing. Owner was very helpful with booking and with constant reminders, with travel information as the date got closer. Planning on going again in 2016 and this will be the first place I will check availability.
Very nice property. Convenient location to the slopes and every possible amenity right on the property. Would do it all over again! Only suggestion for greater convenience would be earlier check-in, later check-out, or both. All together a very nice experience.
Our stay was really pleasant, the kids enjoyed the spacious condo. I wish there were more pots and pans. I really like cooking and luckily I brought some big pans from home.
This Mountain Green Resort condo is situated just at the top of the Killington access road, only a short walk or free shuttle away from the Snowshed, K1 or Snowdon base lodges. The resort offers an indoor pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa, convenience store, ski shop, and newly renovated upscale restaurant. This property is ideal for 1 or 2 couples or a small family. It offers the convenience of accessing the chairlifts at the mountain or the variety restaurants along the Killington access road in 5 minutes or less.
