Key Largo is a gated community of approx. 60 homes located just off Dinah Shore between Bob Hope and Monterey. This is the ideal location for access to all the Coachella Valley has to offer. Key Largo is minutes from the Costco Center, Movie Theater, Home Depot, Agua Caliente Casino, and many more shops and restaurants.
The River is one of the main attractions of Rancho Mirage for dining and shopping and it is less than 10 minutes away. Popular golf courses are Mission Hills, Shadow Ridge, and Desert Willow and they are less than 10 minutes away.
Built in 2004, the house offers a south facing view of the mountains to the peak of San Jacinto from the pool and patio. The backyard is private and quiet with a nice lawn and practical landscaping. The views can be enjoyed from one of the poolside lounge chairs or the jacuzzi as you listen to the waterfall cascading into the pool.
There is a mister system above the patio for the hot days and a patio heat lamp and fire table for the cold nights. The pebble teck pool runs on a salt water filtration system and has an elevated jacuzzi and tanning shelf.
The interior is light and bright with a large kitchen opening to the great room. Main floors are tiled and the bedrooms are carpeted. The house is furnished with contemporary fixtures and custom painting. The laundry room has a full size washer and dryer and connects to the two car garage.
The large open kitchen has granite counter tops, two sinks, and a long bar with bar stool seating for four. Ideal for cooks who socialize and entertain while they work. The appliances are stainless steel including a gas range and a 52 bottle wine cooler. If you want to cook and entertain outdoors, there is a custom outdoor bar & grill (natural gas). Keep your drinks cold in the bar fridge and enjoy a sunset dinner at the granite slab bar.
The living room / great room features a wood burning & gas fireplace and a custom home theater system. Watch DVDs on the Blue Ray DVD Player or record/play movies from the DVR. The TV is a 55' LED flat screen HDTV connected to a 5.1 surround sound stereo system. You can also play your own music through the iPod dock.
The universal remote is RF so you can control the system anywhere in the house and on the patio. The system allows for control over two entertainment zones - the great room and the patio/pool area. You can watch a movie in the living room while playing music by the pool.
All three bedrooms have TV's. The master has a 46' LCD HDTV with a DVR cable box. The other two bedrooms have 32' HDTV's with built-in DVD players.
The bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms which each have a shower/bathtub. The master bedroom has a separate shower and oversize bathtub. The fireplace in the master bedroom is double sided and opens into the master bath and the oversize bathtub. Step out the private sliding doors to access the pool and jacuzzi.

This is the third property I have owned in the Coachella Valley. I chose this home because it is in the best location. The design, layout, and views make it the perfect place for entertaining and enjoying the desert lifestyle.
The house offers everything I wanted in a desert home and has a modern design with an open floor plan which is great for entertaining. I added the custom sound and entertainment system. My girlfriend is a house painter and updated the paint in the rooms. I love to be outdoors so I also added the custom outdoor bbq bar area to take advantage of the views by the pool.
We loved the location. It's central to pretty much everywhere we went in the valley. The community is very quiet so spending time in the pool and on the patio was very relaxing. The open layout of the kitchen and great room area was ideal for our group with great separation of the three bedrooms. We can't wait to stay here again!
I stayed for 2 months while I was relocating to the area, and would do it again without blinking. It's a lovely home, in a quaint and safe neighborhood that is centrally located. The pool is fabulous, as are the furnishings and the landlord Andrew. If you want a spacious rental that is out of the ordinary, I highly recommend Key Largo. Oh yes...amazing sound system!
This place in Rancho Mirage was terrific for our family vacation. All the conveniences that we needed were very close by: an awesome pool and hot-tub in the backyard with great sun exposure all day long, close to grocery stores and restaurants and overall centrally located. The place itself is perfect for a family with a great master suite and 2 additional bedrooms. Very clean and well maintained. Great sound system, TV's and overall set-up. And, the kitchen/dining area is perfect for cooking at home. Highly recommend this place - it was absolutely perfect for our 10 day getaway. Only downside, we're not there right now. Enjoy!!!
This is the perfect vacation home, it is modern, spotless and very comfortable. The Rancho Mirage location was key for us because Palm Springs is so spread out. Being in Rancho Mirage, you are close to great shopping, restaurants and golf courses. One of our group enjoys cooking so it was great to find such a well appointed kitchen (and a great grill!). The gated community this home is located in is very quiet and we always felt safe. The owner knows the area well and provided us with a number of great recommendations on local favourites to make our vacation even better. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip.
Our stay at this house was great. The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, golf courses - couldn't ask for a better area to stay in. The house itself is modern, clean and spacious with a wonderful pool and yard. Everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The owner Andrew was also great to deal with and took care of all of our requirements.
