The breathtaking Capitola beach is a short two block walk away. A large private deck and two private parking spots make it an ideal location in Capitola Village. The property is located above a boutique salon.

In the heart of Capitola Village this two bedroom one bath apartment has undergone a new beautiful remodel. A relaxing coastal aesthetic sets the mood for an enjoyable vacation by the beach. For your convenience, two private parking spots are included with your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the private deck or a cocktail and conversation on the outdoor sofa.

Two private off street parking spots are included with your stay. The apartment is located on the second story and is accessed by a flight of stairs from the parking garage.

Pre-easter family gathering

Staying in Capitola makes you feel like you are on vacation at a great beach town and staying in downtown close to all the shops and restaurants is great. The Office is a great location and very convenient to all that Capitola has to offer.

Beautiful Place

The place is fantastic! The wood and glass see-through walls, the kitchen, the shower, the towels, the living room, the sleep-easy mattresses, the wonderful views from the windows, the closeness of being able to walk to Trestles restaurant across the street and throughout town whenever we wanted to explore.

Great location

Wonderful location. Parking is a great amenity--especially on the weekends. Comfortable, especially the beds, and clean. Much closer to the shops and beach than we expected. I won't hesitate to stay here again.
