|Minimum Stay||5 nights|
Fully remodeled, Italian style condominium, next door to the five star Marriott Hotel. Pool heated.
The pictures say it all; they are from the balcony; you have a private balcony with spectacular views; you have entrance to the balcony from the living room and the bedroom; you can see the picture from the bedroom out a unit that is on the 3rd floor so the quality of The View out it's beautiful all the time; people cannot see into the privacy of the unit at the same time, not like on the 2nd floor units that people can see you or 4th floor units that you don't appreciate fully The Views; walk down the stairs and you are in the ocean or simply take the elevator... not like big buildings that discourages you from enjoying the outdoors or that you have to be on the balcony all the time to get a full View of the Beach!!!

We have been traveling to the Atlantic for over 20 years, and have developed specific requirement for our ocean front vacations. One of our main goals is to have a private balcony facing the ocean. This place did not fail us, it is as direct and private as you can get. If we were not out walking the boardwalk, driving around town, on a boat touring the harbor, we were on the balcony. And we watched some very interesting events: a wedding, a swim suit photo shoot, several cruise ships going south to their next port, wind surfer’s taking advantage of the 30mph gusts (not the typical wind speed) and some very unique people. There were even a few characters trying to sneak their pet monkeys onto the sand.
The condo was great! The bed was comfortable; the décor was updated and very nice; plush towels and all items needed were on hand. The beach chairs were in good condition and we used them to relax on the sand after walking for miles. The local residences were lovely to talk with as well.
A few places to try nearby: The Taco Spot, Hollywood Brew Company both on the boardwalk. We wanted a Sunday brunch and were disappointed with the Marriott’s selection, skip it! Off the boardwalk try Le Tub (Peal and eat shrimp with drawn butter) or AE (American English) Kitchen + Bar, 1 block off of Hollywood Blvd.
If Charlie wasn’t so booked up we would be returning in the spring.
I took my three year old son on a last minute vacation to the beach and found this super cute 1 bedroom apartment. Charlie was wonderful to work with and very responsive to everything we needed during our stay. You are literally steps away from the beach. The apartment is next to the Marriott Hotel on the north end of Hollywood Broadwalk. Although it is not "included" other guest have left behind beach chairs, kids toys and other beachy type stuff that we were able to use. Free Wi-Fi and Netflix were available, along with parking. They do have a washer/dryer available for $1.25 per load on the same floor. The apartment was the perfect size for us and views were just breathtaking. We went to Nicks for some good local food and Margaritaville for fantastic Margarita's. I would highly recommend this apartment and will be back again!
my mother my daughter (3 year old) and I stayed in the unit for almost 2 weeks and enjoyed ever minute of it. We did not want to leave and are looking forward to the next time we go there. The unit is clean beautiful and quiet. It has the best view in Hollywood "I think". The owner Charlie was amazing to deal with he was a real pleasure. My husband came down for a few days and also loves the condo. It fit the four of us comfortably. The beach is clean and beautiful!
It is a beautiful unit with a VERY quiet ( I'd recommend it for couples only) , private setting in a perfect location. The boardwalk has restaurants all within walking distance and it is only a short drive to the airport. We enjoyed ourselves fully and would return. The owner was honest, quick to answer email inquiries,and pleasant to speak with.
The only negative is that there isn't a rental contract for weekly rentals although this site recommends it, but thankfully everything went as planned, no complaints and unit is as pictured.
On site laundry isn't listed but the building has it.
We recommend for things to do: a everglades airboat tour
Restaurants: Our motto is " where the locals go, we go"
We did not find a Favorite breakfast spot, but we are from Metro Detroit and are spoiled with a ton of amazing lil spots, so cook your own- the unit has a nice kitchen!
