About Property Manager
James W. Wright, RB, and Cheryl Dillon, RB, are licensed real estate brokers in the State of Hawaii and own CENTURY 21 All Islands, with nine offices located throughout the state of Hawaii. Jim was born in California and grew up in Oregon and Cheryl was born and raised in Alabama. They often need their mainland fix and love to ski and hike in Tahoe.
Property Manager purchased this House in 2005
Why Property Manager chose Incline Village
Jim and I have been traveling to Tahoe since the early nineties and can’t seem to stay away. We love all of the seasons and take advantage of all the outdoor activities. We both love to ski, hike, bike, boat and sometimes just chill on the beach. Tahoe is the perfect place for all of those activities.
What makes this House unique
This is a great house for entertaining and has a wonderfully comfortable feel. The cedar interior shows off some of the old memorabilia we found over the years. On chilly evenings the wood stoves add warmth and atmosphere. On sunny afternoons the upper deck is a great place to relax and barbeque.

Great property for families, close to diamond peak
Beautiful property in Incline Village and less than a mile from Diamond Peak. We stayed for 3 nights in early January with 4 kids. The house is beautifully decorated and perfect for those who want he log cabin experience with wifi. It was clean, we had access to garage parking and lots of room to play in the snow. The tenant who lives in the downstairs area (which is completely separate from the upstairs.) is very sweet. The property management company is very responsive, answered all of our questions and always picked up the phone. It was so convenient to be able to cook our own meals at the end of the day and get some laundry done in the units in the house. We even got a visit from a bear cub late one night... he was just being curious on the upstairs deck in the snow. Quite exciting for the kids. The driveway gets plowed every morning and there is cable, board games and a small movie and book selection. This was our first vrbo experience and we were thoroughly impressed. No more hotels for us!!
Great spot in a convenient location
We really enjoyed the stay here. The floorplan was very large and the location was conveniently located to the Hyatt, downtown, and the shore!
Lovely cabin close to Diamond Peak, if you don't mind downstairs neighbors
Clean. Well kept cabin with nice interior decor.
Large open kitchen, comfortable king bed.
It's on the second floor of the house with another family downstairs. The washer dryer is on the first floor and shared, this made doing laundry complicated. Parking can be challenging and we were told to park in the garage. Not much insulation so you hear everything in the downstairs unit and vice Versa. The heat took two days to warm the house to a comfortable setting(mid 60's). The management company was very responsive to the heat not working and sent a company out to look at the heat. It also took them a few days to ice the stairs which were dangerously covered with ice.
Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear your stay was not as nice as it should have been.
The downstairs neighbor is disclosed in our listing description so I hope it wasn't a surprise to you. The neighbor is a quite professional and I know when we are there we make enough noise with our regular activities we hardly hear them. Please note this inconvenience is taken into consideration in the rate for the property.
The heating issue was a surprise as we were there just prior to your visit and it was working great. My apologies. The repairs did take a while to address as the vendors were overbooked during your stay. I'm pleased the property managers were able to provide space heaters in addition to the availability of the wood burning stoves which I hope you took advantage of along with the supplied firewood. Not a full fix though, so I understand your displeasure.
I'm not sure why the ice on the stairs took so long to be addressed. I will follow up with our service provider and property managers. Again my apologies. I hope you took advantage of the interior stair access which is snow and ice free.
Thank you for the comments. Again sorry your stay wasn't the best. We want to make sure we address what we can so guest will be comfortable and happy.
Wonderful in every way!!
