Our beach and golf villa at 532 Augusta Village is convenient, peaceful, and perfectly located on the bayside of the Sandestin Resort. The beautiful beaches of the Resort are a short ten-minute golf cart ride away. Our villa is convenient to the tennis facility, fitness center, marina, miles of walking trails, 2 resort swimming pools, the award-winning Village at Baytowne Wharf, and golf courses.

Brought to you by Beach Blue Properties! Fully remodeled and stocked, this brand new unit is ready for your next vacation. Our coastal modern villa accommodates up to six guests comfortably. If cooking is your pleasure, there is a large and fully stocked kitchen complete with a variety of cookware, dishes and a microwave oven. The chef in the family will love the openness of the kitchen, living, and dining areas. Also available is a barbecue grill on the back patio. The dining area offers seating for six at the farm table, along with five barstools on the oversized island! The family room is newly decorated with a comfy sofa three over sized chairs, and a large HDTV. There is a separate sunroom with a cozy sitting area with a sleeper sofa that could also be suitable as a nearby children’s play area.

Sleeping arrangements include the master bedroom with a king bed and fully remodeled bathroom. The second bedroom offers a king bed and access to the hallway guest bathroom. Whether you are visiting the Resort for the beach, fishing, golfing, bicycling or tennis, you will find everything right at your fingertips here at #532 August Village!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Great house

We enjoyed the house. It has up-to-date bathrooms and kitchen. We have stayed in the area before in a dated house so this redo was a treat. Openeness of the kitchen/den areas is great. Very comfortable and in a quiet area. Love a free standing house instead of a condo.

Family beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was spacious and had a nice backyard. We liked that it had a grill that we were able to use as well. The place came with a golf cart which was amazing! It was so nice not having to load your vehicle up every time you wanted to go somewhere within the resort. It was also nice having the washer and dryer to keep clothes and towels washed up. Overall we had an awesome family vacation. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

Great Accomadations

This is a beautiful house with 2 bedrooms each having their own room. My daughter and son-in-law were married and the reception was at the Sandestin Bay Room so it was a great location in a gated community with security. Christmas lights were up which were beautiful. The only recommendation for others, they only provide one roll of toilet paper in each BR and only one trash bag so make sure to buy some at the local store prior to arrival.
