King size bed, stainless steel appliances, in-unit laundry and outdoor patio!!
I fell in love with this building and my one bedroom apartment. Since I don't live full time in SF, I wanted to share my wonderful home with those that will love it as much as I do! You couldn't ask for a better location, quainter building, with a downstairs little market for convenience. I hope you love my high-end and functional apartment as much as I do.

Great Nob Hill Apartment!
Megan's apartment in Nob Hill was fantastic for our team! We had a remote employee visiting our SF office and this was a perfect accommodation for them! Super clean, walking distance to downtown and Megan was so wonderful to work with. She accommodated all our needs, was great at communicating instructions and truly made our stay the best! Thanks again and would definitely recommend this spot!
A wonderful stay!
I rented the apartment for my son's internship in SF for 10 weeks from mid Feb to end of April 2016. Megan is responsive, professional, and most helpful during the entire stay. The location is superb, the kitchen/bathroom modern and well equipped , and the neighbours are all very quiet. Superb!
Perfect Location, Cozy Studio
The apartment is in really good shape, close to everything.
Megan is communicative and give me all the instructions since I booked the place.
The studio is in a wonderful location with easy access to cable cars and in walking distance to a number of tourist destinations.
The living space is small but very well equipped . The bathroom is suprisingly large and the washer/dryer combo is a real bonus.
The kitchen has a great convection micro wave as well as a small cooking area and there is nice seating for two to enjoy a meal.
If you are looking for a nicely decorated studio that is close to all amenities then you should consider this one.
The apartment and location are fantastic. It is clean, comfortable, and has lots of information on local attractions. Also, its right on the cable car line, making it easy to get around. It is in a well lit, secure building in a safe neighborhood. THe check in and check out process were seamless. Highly recommended and will be back.
This was such a perfect location and studio to stay in while I had a summer internship. Great food everywhere, extremely convenient, everything was fantastic. The ONLY downside was the size of the kitchen but that's only because I stayed for such a long time. For a mid-length vacation, this place is perfection.
Union Square Park is the heart of this vibrant community and just minutes away from many popular nearby attractions such as Yerba Buena Gardens and SFMOMA to the south and Chinatown to the north. There is something in Union Square for everyone -- every age, every taste and every pocket book. Union Square is the City's most popular visitor shopping destination with one of the highest concentrations of luxury retail shopping in the world, offering the convenience of mall shopping in a historic open air setting. Most stores are open until 8 p.m. , and some even later. Union Square is the second most popular dining destination and while it has its share of nightlife, remains a safe and vibrant area to walk around at night. Whether your interest is in art, dining, shopping or theatre, you'll never run out of things to do and see in Union Square !
