Luxury, gulf front condominium offers beautiful view of crystal clear waters and white beach sand. Just renovated and professionally decorated, this unit has new furniture throughout and includes beautiful English antiques. The kitchen has been renovated and includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Located on the seventh floor, incredible views can be enjoyed from the living room, dining room, master and guest bedrooms. Master and guest rooms have king beds and the third bedroom has 2 bunk beds with 2 trundles.
The St. Maarten building is the most desired because it is closest to the gulf, with no view obstructions. It also includes a semi-private elevator that opens directly to your room. Free high-speed internet is also included.
Silver Shells is the most lavish gulf-front resort in Destin. It has several pools, including a 7,500 square foot lagoon pool, indoor heated pool, jacuzzis, fitness center, European spa, four tennis courts and basketball courts, all on-site. For dining, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse is located on-site, as well as a beachfront bar and grill. It is also conveniently located by amusement parks, golf, shopping and everything you will need for the perfect beach vacation.

Upon receipt of deposit, we will email a package with information you will need regarding the unit, check-in/check-out, maintenance and cleaning in case of emergency, etc. Your vacation is important to us, so we make sure you have nothing to worry about!
We absolutely love staying here!! We have rented from Tammy 3 times and each time is better than the last. The unit is spectacular with amazing ocean views in every room! She has everything you will ever need in the condo! Beach toys, chairs, umbrella, cooler, boogie boards, every kitchen utensil you could thing of, a separate ice maker, the list goes on! This place is ideal for 2 couples because each bedroom has a king size bed with ocean views and balcony access! We especially love the garage parking space and having elevator access directly to your room. You never have to deal with a lobby or long waits for an elevator. We can't say enough great things about this unit we just love it and feel right at home each time we stay! If you're hesitatant about booking this unit, don't be! It's excellent and you will not be disappointed!

Best we have had in St Marrten in awhile. Ice maker is wonderful. We will stay in this unit again.
We've stayed at different condos in Silver Shells for the past 4. This unit was recently renovated was was extremely nice inside. The property was clean and had a great layout. Plenty of room to sleep 6+. The owner was super nice and responsive. We got the keys mailed directly to us before the trip so there was no stopping off at a management office before our arrival. That made getting into town and to the beach hassle free and fast. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.
This place is everything it says. We had an awesome time. The owner Tammie worked well with us
about the days due to a hurricane hitting the day we were supposed to be arriving. I would recommend
this unit to anyone. The location is excellent - in the middle of it all.
Unit 707 is exactly as represented. The location is perfect and the views are spectacular. Tammy is very responsive and great to work with. It is so convenient having an elevator that opens directly to the room. Thanks for a great vacation!!

Check-in time is 4PM EST or when unit is available. Check-out time is 10AM EST.
This is a non-smoking unit. Pets are not permitted.
Damage/Reservation deposit – 25% of rental fee due when reservation is booked. This deposit is automatically applied toward rent. Property damage protection for $49 must also be purchased through the VRBO website. This policy is for $1,500 coverage and for accidental property damage only. Renter will be responsible for extra charges due to excessive cleaning or trash removal, smoking, pets, etc. This fee will be sent via payment request through VRBO/Homeaway.
The balance of rent is due fifteen (15) days before your arrival date.
Cancellations: Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival date will be fully refunded. Cancellations made 30-60 days prior to arrival will forfeit ½ of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days will forfeit the entire deposit. If the property can be rented to another party at the full rate, the owner will reimburse the entire deposit. All attempts will be made to rent the property to another party.
The maximum number of guests is limited to 8 persons.
Rates include a one-time linen and towel set-up.
Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in. Individual making reservations must be present during the full rental period. The individual renting must also be at least 26 years old.
Storm Policy – No refunds will be given for storms or bad weather. Full refund will be given for days of evacuation due to hurricane.
The unit is privately owned, the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests.
