Welcome to the Villa Solsken in the small village Fagerhult in Småland. The house with a floor space of about 150 m² on a nice plot with lawn and garden is very suitable for a relaxing, quiet holiday for 5 people.
The house is in the town center opposite the church and the direct neighbor is a small retail shop. The house is slightly offset from the quiet street. On the south-facing rear of the house is the covered terrace, which is also the entrance to the house. Through a small hallway goes into the large kitchen with a dining table. Facilities include many electrical appliances (cooker with ceramic hob and two ovens, fridge-freezer, microwave, bread maker, juicer, sandwich maker, deep fryer - to name a few) and a small pantry. Next to the kitchen is the entrance hall for the lower bathroom with shower, which has just been completely renovated. It joins the cozy living room. Here is a comfortable seating area to watch German or Swedish television. There is a DVD collection, landline telephone and wireless connection. Internet radio and a stereo with CD player complete the offering. Forward then go the fireplace room with a piano and a library with a very extensive collection of books of Swedish authors in the German language.
Upstairs are the bathroom with bath and four bedrooms. In the first room is a so-called family bed where the lower bed can sleep on a width of 120 cm and adults on the upper bed with 80cm can sleep a child. There is also a new sofa couch (160 cm) for additional sleeping available. This room office comes from. Here are a desk and a day bed, which can be used as additional sleeping space (mattress 90 cm). In the third room, the classic double bed (lying surface 160 cm) and the fourth room is on another new sleep couch (140 cm) a person to sleep.
The house is built entirely of wood and gives a lot of "Noisy Village" atmosphere. For all tourists who delight in old objects and love nature away from mass tourism, the Villa Solsken is a great house. Please do not expect perfection but rather ambience. We would definitely that all guests feel at home.
