Advertised as a whole 1 bedroom apartment NOT

It was advertised as a private apt, arrived to find a shared kitchen and bath with 3-4 others. The host refunded my money immediately when I showed her the deceptive listing

Not Pleased

The property is in process of renovation and difficult to navigate. The kitchen is a shared space and was disgusting! Guests were expected to share 2 or three utensils that were always in a filthy sink full of dirty dishes and food debris.Parking was always an issue. Washer and dryer are in a garage that is overflowing with construction material and difficult to get to.The room rented to me was full of owners odds and ends! Unhappy Renter

Why they chose this property

Our recently renovated sunny home is quiet and peaceful and also a very convenient walking distance to Greenwich Avenue with so many amenities, restaurants, shops, cafes and the waterfront parks. We also have a very nice back yard, garden and decks to enjoy including an outdoor grill.
