Relax, throw your feet up and clear your mind and enjoy the direct ocean front on the Penthouse 1 floor, 13 floors high home away from home at Laguna Keyes in Cherry Grove Beach. Breathtaking views can be seen from the living room, master bedroom and private balcony. Let's not leave out in the living room and master room we have remote controlled blinds that can open and close by remote, can you say amazing not having to get up and down to close blinds or be blinded by the sunshine. WiFi cable, CD/DVD player (INCLUDED)!

An on-site complimentary fitness center with ocean views, outdoor pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, kiddie pools & lazy river are all part of the awesome amenities found at Laguna Keyes! The oceanside pool deck offers the outdoor pool and kiddie pool- with the heated, indoor pool also located on the ground level. The 6th floor features two outdoor hot tubs, kiddie pool and a lazy river. The 6th floor amenities will open in warmer weather closer to summer.
(Please understand all building amenities are unable to be controlled be unit owners and vary per season/ required maintenance)

Master Bedroom offers a stunning view from the ocean, access through sliding doors to the private balcony and en-suite bathroom. This gorgeous bedroom has tv, a king bed, 2 night stands and a chest with drawers and mirror. A large closet, ceiling fan and bright beachy bedding.

Second bedroom has a tv, queen size bed, 2 night stands, a chest with drawers, decorated with bright beachy bedding also and a en-suite bathroom, ceiling fan.

*Please note we only rent to responsible individuals, families & couples only over the age of 21 ABSOLUTELY.... NO PETS, NO SMOKING/VAPING of any kind is allowed inside this unit or on the private balcony. The entire Laguna Keyes property is designated NON-Smoking and does not allow boats, motorcycles, golf carts or trailers.

Nice walkable beach

Well maintained, nice beach, short walk tp House Creek. Wish there was microwaveable dishes to cook in.

Beautiful view!

We really enjoyed our stay. Obtaininng the key was so easy. The condo was very clean with a well equipped kitchen. Towels are plentiful and the bed comfortable with good quality sheets. The building is also very well maintained and secure. The view is incomparable. The only critique I have is the lack of hangers. There were only 4 pants hangers and one shirt hanger. We would definitely stay there on our next visit.
