Breezy Point is a two story Dutch Colonial home located on 15 acres of secluded tranquil waterfront outside of St. Michaels in the Chesapeake Bay region. It is a private peaceful retreat, with gorgeous views of Harris Creek . Delightful sunsets on the Historic Meeting House Cove. It has extensive water frontage, Westerly panoramic water views and a delight to kayak on Harris Creek. There is plenty of Chesapeake Wildlife to be viewed at anytime such as ospreys, eagles, turkeys and deer. Crabs and fish can be harvested.

Breezy Point offers 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a bright living room with fireplace, large dining room with fireplace, eat in kitchen and screened-in porch w/high ceiling. Views of the water side swimming pool and Harris Creek can be seen from the porch and bedrooms. The charming pavilion, boathouse, with pool table and ping pong table is perfect for family recreation on rainy days or for crab feast at any time.

Enjoy the Westerly water views from the house, porch, pool and pavilion. Ketch your crab and fish from the dock/pier! You can bring your boat or canoe or rent a boat during your stay. Don't forget to bring your bikes and camera! The St. Michaels/Oxford corridor is perfect for bike excursions.

About Steven Velo Owner

Breezy Point, Location of an early 19th Century Boarding House as written up in Maritime Museum’s St. Michaels MD “Boarding Houses” was purchased by present owners Stephen and Eva Velo in 1963. At that time the property was abandoned with the main house burned to the ground. The guest house was in place and after substantial cleaning it became a rental. Even today, more than 50 years later, Breezy Point maintain the slow relaxed tranquil pace of Eastern Shore living. To relax use the pool with panoramic view of Harris Creek, read a book on the screened in porch, fish and crab off the pier, play table tennis or billiards in the pavilion. The owners welcome you with Eastern Shore Hospitality.

I was very satisfied with the spotless house, large beautiful yard shade trees. The whether, the water and the sunsets was perfect. The screened in porch was proper for evening gathering and relaxing with lovely breezes. Breezy Point was great place for us and for the kids. I hope we will be back again soon.

Beautiful and Peaceful setting

Enjoyed a wonderful week in this stunning setting with our large family.

The little boys loved the crabbing and the pool. The adults loved it all including the stunning sunsets! We biked all over, town is not far. Had a very relaxing time!
