We'd like to welcome you to Sun Valley! Our warm and inviting townhouse is located right on the bike path and is a 5-10 minute walk or ski to the River Run Gondola, lifts and downtown Ketchum. The Big Wood River, restaurants, art galleries and the movie theater are all just a short stroll away from our home.
With views of Baldy and within walking distance to all the activities Ketchum has to offer, you can't find a better location. The free in-town bus service also stops right in front of our complex if you prefer a ride into town or to the lifts.
Our family loves to travel and we always enjoy having a clean and comfortable place to stay during our adventures. With that in mind, we have provisioned our Ketchum home to be just that - a home for our guests to enjoy as if it was their own. With an abundance of amenities provided, our guests have everything they need for a relaxing vacation or for entertaining friends and family. Whether it is a backyard BBQ dinner party in the summer or a cozy movie night in front of the fireplace, our home is a place for our guests to enjoy a wonderful and well-deserved Sun Valley vacation!
The main level features a heated double garage with entry into a full laundry room. Proceed into the cozy den complete with 2 couches, a 37' HD TV and direct access to the private back patio.
A very well equipped kitchen - a cook's delight - is between the den and dining/living area. The kitchen is complete with dining service for 10, a blender, espresso maker, coffee maker, microwave, crock pot, rice cooker and all the pots, pans, platters, baking essentials and cookbooks you would need for a gourmet meal. A full selection of spices, olive oil, tea, hot chocolate, coffee, coffee filters as well as dish and dishwasher soap and laundry soap are provided for your convenience.
The dining room has seating for 8 and a breakfast bar with seating for 2. A convenient powder room is off the kitchen area. An inviting living room, with gas river rock fireplace, 42' HD TV/DVD/VCR & Ipod music system, 2 couches and views of Baldy completes the first floor level.
Upstairs you will find a master bedroom with King bed, walk-in closet, private bath with double vanity counter, jetted tub, tiled shower and private toilet. The master also has a private balcony with Baldy views.
The second bedroom has a Queen bed and lots of closet and dresser space. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds (which can be converted into a King), and generous closet and dresser storage.
These two bedrooms share a bathroom with single sink vanity and tiled shower/tub.
The private patio features a hot tub, propane BBQ and dining for 6. A large grass common area is adjacent for the kids to run around while you enjoy a soak in the hot tub!
Other amenities included: 2 adult mountain bikes, 5 kids bikes, 6 bike helmets, 2 tennis racquets, child's umbrella stroller, snowshoes, 2 picnic chairs, small picnic cooler, pack-n-play crib, toddler dining booster seat, free high speed Wi-Fi connection, ski/snowboard/boot storage in a heated garage, and best of all...WALK/SKI to the lifts!

About Michelle Sabina
This townhouse was purchased after selling our home in Hailey and moving to Hood River, OR. We wanted to keep our 'roots' in Sun Valley and loved our weekend getaways to our second home in Ketchum. In August, 2016, we moved back to Hailey and now look forward to meeting our guests and being available should you need anything during your stay. We have provisioned our townhouse to be as comfortable as our full-time home and hope you will feel the same warmth, joy and comfort as you do in your own house! Please make yourselves at home and enjoy all the wonders Sun Valley has to offer.

We love this location because you can ski to the lifts in less than 5 minutes, jump on the bikes and ride out to the new Golf/Nordic center or into town for shopping, a meal, a movie or a walk to the river with your kids to seek out fish and rocks to throw...all from our front door. No loading up the car with gear... just grab your skis or bikes and GO! You can't get more convenient than that.
What makes this Townhome unique
We love being able to look up at the mountain from our living room and master bedroom. Walking/skiing to the lifts is about the best benefit you can get while staying in a ski town. Walking access to the bike path and river and downtown Ketchum are wonderful too!

Perfect Spot From Which to Enjoy Sun Valley
We had a great time once again in Sun Valley. The town of Ketchum never disappoints and this particular location was fantastic. We were able to walk to most everything - town, bike path, art fair, lodge, etc. The house was perfectly laid out and had everything we needed (dishes, pans, etc) to have a great week with family and friends. I highly recommend this rental.
Everything was very organized, clean, easy to access, and in a great location! The owners were easy to work with, very clear and concise, and the trip was a great success. Perfect size and overall just a good place to utilize for a great price.

Location, location, location....
If there is such a thing as a "bulls eye" for the best location in Ketchum, this condo is right on target....walk to "downtown", the River Resort and ski lifts at Baldy Mountain, the river, bikeways and walking paths all pass right by the complex.
The unit is very nicely appointed, very spacious the owner/manager is great and easy to work with and she has made a real effort to try to have every kitchen gadget and outdoor toy available for your stay.
You can park you car (in the garage) and leave it there your whole trip, everything is that close by.
Conveniently located within walking distance to the River Run lifts and gondola, Big Wood River access, Bald Mountain trail for hiking/biking, downtown Ketchum, restaurants, art galleries & theaters.
