This condominium is impeccably cared for. We provide all of your soaps (bath, shampoo, laundry, dish and hand soap, along with enough paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) to get you started. All you need to bring are linens and towels. Cable TV and DVD, VCRs in the living room and two of the bedrooms. Private parking and private balconies. High speed Internet. For your convenience the unit has Air Conditioning and heat for winter rentals as well as a full-size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar, and a full-size dining table (seats 8 - chairs provided).

PERFECT!!!

We all agreed, that this was the best place we have ever stayed at. Perfect size. Easy beach access. The rooms are away from the living room so we could have some adult time after kids went to sleep.

Owner was awesome with responding and really left us with a good amount of toiletries and such that we didn't even need to pick them up!!

Thank you for having us! We will be back again for sure!

Fabulous

We had a great time celebrating my daughter's 16th birthday! It was wonderful to be so close to the beach. The condo was clean and spacious. We'll definitely return! Jeanne was wonderfully accommodating.

Loved it!

The condo is spacious and comfortable. The beds looked new and were comfy. Can't beat the location - only a few steps to the sand and lots of restaurants within a couple of blocks. Would definitely recommend to others. We'll be coming back!

Nice place and great location, but I wouldn't call it impeccably clean as some reviews indicate.

We had a wonderful stay and Jeanne was very quick to respond to our questions, but upon arrival, we did notice a rather musty smell in the bedrooms. The filters in the window air-conditioners were filthy, and there was hair in the shower drain catcher. It was great that the soaps and paper goods were plentiful, but I think I just expected more comfort for the cost. The dehumidifier also had to be emptied several times per day because there is no pump. I must just have a higher standard of cleanliness than the cleaning person and previous guests. I must say the code on the lock, instead of a key, was very convenient. Very friendly neighbors, as well!!

Owner's Response: I'm very sorry that the unit was not cleaned to our standards or yours. We had a backup cleaner that day and we will no longer be using her. I'm also sorry about the dehumidifier. I'm sorry I was not made aware. It has a pump button that needed to be pushed so that it works properly, pumping into washer drain. We hope you come for another visit! Jeanne

Cabana Beach 9 is a home away from home!

I have rented Cabana Beach 9 for over 11years now. It is my go to condo in Ocean City because it has the ideal location. It is right on the beach side and a short & pleasant walk to the beach and to Northside Park. You can see the ocean from the Unit. The condo is always impeccably clean. Jeanne Bailey has always been available for assistance when needed. She is great to work with.

The Unit is pet friendly which is a great accommodation. You would never know that pets are allowed since there is never any pet hair or odor. I so appreciate that, as it is difficult to find!

There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance. I love this condo!
