This condominium is just one building away from the beach. (between 127th and 128th sts.) The condo offers one king bed, one full bed and one bedroom is equipped with two bunk beds (single tops/double bottoms). Perfect for two families!

The property was perfect for our family. A few steps to the beach and across the street from a great outdoor park with something for everything. The unit was in excellent condition and had everything we needed during our stay. The beach that far north is great - Clean, family friendly, and not too crowded in July :). Restaurants, groceries and nightlife all in walking distance or all of Ocean City a bus ride away.Jeanne's friendly attitude and immediate response to questions were just the icing on the cake. - LOVED our stay!
Jeanne made the whole experience a great one. The unit was very convenient to everything we wanted, just a few steps from the beach. We had three young children and a small dog. All enjoyed themselves. Even the neighbors were friendly and we felt right at home the day we moved in. We made an afternoon trip to Bethany's Boardwalk and took a day at Assateague. Both were wonderful side trips.
There were many things I loved about this unit. Loved the location, so close to the beach and away from the hustle & bustle of the boardwalk which was a short ride away. There was a beautiful park across coastal highway and since this was a pet friendly unit there was a great place to walk the dog. The kitchen was completely stocked with anything you could imagine. Also stocked with hand, dish & laundry soaps, paper towels & toilet paper was also wonderful. Clean & beautiful unit. I highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The unit is exactly as described and priced perfectly. It is a great space, clean, nicely appointed, very well-maintained and has a good-size front balcony with a view of the ocean.
We are 2 families, with 8 total people and there was plenty of room for everyone, even at dinner time.
It is so close to everything -- the beach, Northside Park, supermarket, shops, and restaurants. There is plenty of parking around the corner and behind the building in case you have more than 1 car -- we had 3 cars and parking was never a problem.
Jeanne is always available to answer any questions you have and the rental process was super easy.
We've been staying at other places in OC for 15 years, and this might be the best place we ever stayed at. We are definitely coming back next year!
The owner was very easy to communicate and she replied email very quickly whenever I contacted her. The property location was perfect for the the family with a child because it's close to the beach and shops. The property was clean, well taken cared as described. The punch-in # lock system made our beach trip easy without a fear of losing a key so very convenient. The price was very reasonable and our family really enjoyed staying at this property. Northside Park (bike trails, pond, walking paths, playgrounds, and softball fields) is on Coastal Highway at 127th Street (walking distance from our condos).
Lots to do during the off-season: Winter festival of lights, outlet shopping, fine and causal dining, ice skating, golf, indoor swimming, indoor miniature golf and arcades, boardwalk Playland is open year-round.
