About Brian Riggs

Hanging out on the front steps at Kingswood Lodge!

Brian Riggs purchased this house in 2009

Why Brian Riggs chose Lake Tahoe North Shore

Lake Tahoe is one of the most unique out door experiences on our planet. I have been coming up to Carnelian Bay to my grandmother's cabin since I was a little kid and have enjoyed hiking, lounging, fishing, swimming, craw dad fishing and exploring all aspects of the Tahoe region. It is a wonderful place to de-stress and enjoy the outdoors whether you like the winter or summer time. My wife and I intend to ensure our kids enjoy the amazing Tahoe region. The Kingswood Estates area of Kings Beach is a great newer neighborhood with great Tahoe feel that our family will enjoy for a long time.

Loved staying here - Drove through white-out conditions but it was worth it! Thanks for sharing your home. We hope to return again soon.

Excelletnt home, great experience!

  • 5 of 5

We just returned from 3-days in the house. The 3-bedrooms served our 3-families (with one- small child each) very well. Very clean and modern home, and responsive and accommodating Owner. We'll be back!

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable home with nice amenities.

  • 5 of 5

We really enjoyed staying at the Kingswood Lodge with friends over New Years. The location was great for lake and ski resort access as well as local towns. The owner Brian was very responsive to questions about the place prior to and during our visit, responding within minutes or an hour. We found the accommodations comfortable and welcoming. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place for a family!

  • 5 of 5

Kingswood Lodge was a perfect family vacation spot. We loved the open layout, it was just right for our extended family to cook and visit. The house was well stocked with eveything we needed. It worked out really well to be able to cook our meals at home and spend the day exploring all that Tahoe has to offer. The Safeway is 5 minutes away in case you forgot anything or want to do your shopping once you arrive.

We spent a day at Kings Beach and rented Stand Up Paddle Boards, so much fun. It was a beautiful drive to Emerald Bay for a nice hike and some great photos then on in to Heavenly for a gondola ride. We then continued around the lake back to the house.

The beds were very comfortable and the linens and towels were high quality. It was quite warm during our stay so we would have appreciated one more fan to cool off the bedrooms. We loved having the washer and dryer inside the house, very convieneint after a day at the beach. We brought our own beach equipment but did notice there are a few things in the garage. There is also a nice selection of games available to use. We would love to return!

Excellent Property

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Brian's property for 5 days for a family reunion. It was the best vacation. The property is very well maintained. Immaculate and kitchen was very well stocked. Brian was very responsive before and during our stay. He even provided suggestions in the neighborhood upon request. The open kitchen and living room are very bright and we spent most of our time there. Would certainly rent again.
