Overview

Silverthorne House Rental Photos and Description

4 Bedrooms + Semi-private Den, 4.5 Baths (Sleeps 11-15)

Welcome to The Lodge at the Summit. Our 3000 square foot log home, built in 2009, is located in Eagle's Nest along the ninth fairway of the Raven Golf Course. You can sit on the deck or in the hot tub and take in the spectacular views of the Williams Fork mountain range. The bonus is being able to listen to the gentle creek that runs along the side of the house. As much as you should enjoy your vacation, it can be nice working on your laptop in the breakfast area while enjoying the mountain views – we have Wi-Fi.

The house is equipped with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. The kitchen has granite countertops and is ready with everything you need to make your favorite meals. We also have a second family room for additional space for the kids or large groups. There is HD Cable TV in the great room, second family room, master bedroom and one queen bedroom. We have four bedrooms, each with an attached bathroom – great for privacy when you are traveling with a large group.

Lots to do in Summit County: There is always something to do in Summit County. We are close to Keystone, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, Loveland, A-Basin, and Vail Ski areas. The summers are just as fun as the winters – hiking, biking, rafting, shopping, and music festivals are common activities.

We hope you become our guest at The Lodge at the Summit.

Awesome place....Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

Beautiful and comfortable! Close to everything but feels secluded due to the large lot and spacing of other homes. Plenty of parking. Our party of 8 adults had plenty of room to spread out. Comfortable beds. The deck was so relaxing with incredible views. A little doe came by twice as well as a fox. Keith was responsive to our questions. Would come back in a heartbeat!

Beautiful mountain get away

  • 5 of 5

My family and I had an amazing time staying in this gorgeous mountain home for a week for our summer vacation. Plenty of room for adults and kids, lots of wild life spotted from the balcony and is located near anything you may need or want. My husband really enjoyed the several golf courses near by. I would love to come back to this mountain haven as would my entire family. One of our best family vacations yet!!

Perfect getaway

  • 5 of 5

My son was getting married in Silverthorne and we had quite a few family members coming in from out-of-state. The "Lodge at the Summit" was the perfect place for our whole family to stay under one roof. Spacious, clean and the views are amazing. Keith was very accommodating to allowing us to throw a small rehearsal luncheon at the house. We had no trouble finding the location and everything in the house worked. We definitely will keep this location on our favorites list and hope to stay in the future just "for the fun of it!"

Beautiful property, perfect for a group ski trip

  • 5 of 5

This property is beautiful, the views and area is excellent, and Keith is great to work with. Anytime I had a question, he would respond quickly or give me a call. We had a group there in March for a ski trip and it’s convenient to the lifts while having an intimate feel being nestled in the mountains. I would recommend this property and would consider booking again for a future trip!

Lovely and Secluded

  • 5 of 5

Everything in and about this home is great. From the amazing hot tub (on the deck with a view of stars at night) to the heated floor in the master bath, to the second living room downstairs. The beds are comfortable, and the location is an easy drive to I-70. It is an excellent choice for a large group; kids and adults can have their own space. The one drawback is only one bedroom has a queen bed; other couples must share a full size mattress. I gave the "value" rating only 4 stars because the cleaning fee was high for a short stay. But otherwise I would recommend this home to others.

Great home

  • 4 of 5

Our group of eleven adults stayed at this property for three nights. The home is beautiful and very spacious. Really speaks to the notion of a mountain retreat. The views are spectacular. The location was perfect, as we visited three different mountains in the area for skiing and the drive to each was easy. We found everything we needed in the kitchen to cook our breakfast in the morning. A huge plus to find bathrooms for each bedroom. The one and only issue we encountered was the beds were not so comfortable. The pull-out couches were very saggy and thin. Felt like sleeping directly on the support bar. The mattresses and pillows on the beds all need to be replaced. We would definitely consider revisiting this property next year, but would need assurance that the bedding issue has been addressed.
