Building of the XVI century completely restored. The apartment has an ancient and valuable ceiling. The height of the ceiling is such that a charming overhead gallery has been created , where there is a comfortable and attractive bedroom. The apartment, set on the second floor (with lift) shows a clever organization of the spaces: the entrance is onto the living room with pull out sofa from which a set of stairs leads to the bedroom (a double bed or two single beds). The nice bathroom with standing shower, the fully equipped kitchen, washing machine ADSL and AC complete this apartment.

Perfect for our holiday
This flat is exactly like it looks in the photos and has a nice calm feel to it. Tastefully decorated and excellent new bathroom. It's in an old building with wonderful huge old oak doors and stone staircases, very atmospheric. The flat has a beautiful, decorated high wooden ceiling and the bedroom is on an interior balcony, up an open flight of stairs.
The kitchenette was handy and had everything we needed to make breakfast and snacks over our five day stay - we didn't actually cook, but you could. We used the washing machine once and it was very easy, with clear written instructions from Enrica.
Enrica was most helpful, flexible and responsive and speaks fluent English.
The location is stellar, less than 10 minutes walk from the Duomo and about 10 minutes from the train station. Perfect!
The flat was ideal for a couple, we'd certainly stay here again.
Very nice stay. Good location.
One unusual experience. Lost valuable time with laundry failure. Dryer did not work. No responce from owner.
Sorry for the problem but I did not get any notice .
If you had called or sent me an email, I would have come and help.
We loved the place!!
We stayed for 4 nights in the apartment. Excellent location, comfortable, warm, and perfect for a couple. Super clean, Enrica was super informative, polite, great host. At night is a little noisy, but nothing that won’t let you sleep. We recommend this apartment, and if we ever go back to Florence, we’ll definitely stay here.
Everything I could have wanted
The apartment was lovely, well maintained, up-to-date, well equipped. The location was very convenient. I was able to walk to all the sights except Piazzale Michelangelo and the bus for that was just a block away. So it made sightseeing an easy process as I could readily get back to the apartment for food, a rest, or just a break from all the crowds. Even though the apartment is only one floor up, having an elevator was handy for grocery shopping, luggage etc. I stayed for a month and did my food shopping at Conads, on via Natzionale and at Mercanto Centrale. Enrica was a pleasure to deal with, gave me a warm welcome, and was very helpful with tourist information. She was very accommodating to my specific needs making my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this apartment and booking with Enrica.
great location, walking distance to everything, clean
Stayed 6 nights here - within 10 minute walk from train station. It is clean, comfortable and safe apartment. It is older building with minimal sound proofing, so if you're light sleeper, you may want ear plugs as late night or early morning noise might wake you.
Enrica will meet you at apartment to give you keys, so if you don't have phone with you to call her, check that email is working to let her know time of arrival
Florence is great walking city and Enrica's is place to be
I was planning a two week stay in Florence and had many apartments to choose from. I picked this one because of the photos, recommendations, and location. Aside from the location, I was disappointed! The apartment was just okay....a studio with loft bedroom up a metal staircase. The bath was the nice part and looked like it had been newly renovated. Although the apartment was clean, the interior of the building was not, and gave me a bad feeling every time I entered. The host, in general, was not helpful at all and spent about 5 minutes with me when I arrived explaining how to unlock the door and windows. That was it! During my stay, I had a concern about something in the apartment and notified the host. She took offense and denied that my issue existed. I ended up leaving early and checking into a nice hotel, which saved my stay in Florence. Clearly, the host needs to improve her customer service. All in all, I would not recommend this apartment.
The apartment is located in the historical center of the town within close walking distance from the Train Station.
Please take care that arriving by car, it is not possible to park nearby
