4468 Windswept Villa is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, 2nd floor woodland suite located in the popular East Beach area of Kiawah, only steps from the ocean and minutes to Night Heron Park and world-class golf courses.

This second floor villa offers wooded views from inside and out. The open plan living area features a sofa sleeper, seating area and TV with DVD player for entertainment. The kitchen is well-equipped with all you need for home cooked meals with a dining table for all your guests. Sliding glass doors lead from the living area to an open deck with loungers to soak up the sun and tranquil woodland views.

This woodland villa comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests in 1 bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the living area for an additional 2 guests. The master bedroom is spacious with a queen size bed, TV and access to the deck. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is accessed from the guest suite and the hallway for additional guests.

Great Getaway

We brought our two children to the beach for the weekend and loved the location of our stay! We could walk to the beach within 2 minutes and had everything we needed. The property manager responded super fast to a minor plumbing issue and had it resolved before we got back from the beach. Excellent management!

Generally we loved everything about this condo except the bed, which was very small and uncomfortable. If that was fixed, this unit would be absolutely perfect.
