The open plan living area features a leather sleeper sofa, comfy recliner and flat screen TV for entertainment. The kitchen is compact but well-equipped with brand new, modern appliances and an island for sharing meals or step outside to the screened in porch for alfresco dining with gorgeous maritime forest and lagoon views.

Perfect Location

We were participating in the Kiawah triathlon, so this was an excellent location. It was across the street from the park where we started, and a very short walk to the beach. The only thing was that it claims to have a lagoon view, but we couldn't see the lagoon at all. But don't let that stop you because it's a great place.

Great location

Our stay was fine. Only problem we had was that the TV in the living room didn’t work. Txted the property manager but never heard anything till I finally called 2 days later when their office was opened. Issue was tacked care of quickly but I feel if you use txt to send me information, you should check it regularly. Didn’t seem like they did. Other than this, location was great. Very convenient to the beach.

Stay at Kiawah Island

The property seemed like most of it had been recently updated. However, there appeared to be mold on the ceiling above the kitchen island and the entire unit was very humid. I felt almost wet when walking in the door and the sheets on the bed felt slightly damp. It also appeared that the refrigerator was slightly leaking as there was a small puddle on the floor in front of the refrigerator when I arrived.
