***Trip Advisor Guest Comment*** "Wonderful!"
The unit was clean and well equipped. It is not designed to cook multiple meals each and every day, but that was known in advance. The bed was comfortable and the location, including free parking, was outstanding.

Great location close to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. Very nice area with a good lookout on the ocean just down the street. Had an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony and Bed. Very peaceful location and the balcony overlooked a ravine- very private. We had birds land on the railing every morning. Fans worked well to cool down the unit in the evening- there are 2 ceiling fans and 2 portables. Nice selection of beach gear and the body boards were awesome to have. Felt like being home.
The kitchenette had a toaster oven, microwave, electric pan, coffee maker, blender, fridge and freezer- which was great. The only thing that would have made things a little nicer would have been a seperate sink area, for washing dishes.
It was a nice spot right between the north end of the highway and the east coast- so there was lots to see and do on both sides. Good hikes close-by as well. Getting into the suite was easy and the whole process was painless, even at 11pm.
I would stay here again.
The property and room were great. Management was amazing and very attentive. We highly reccomend this place for it's location and service!
Enjoyed our stay at this rental. Great location if you are planning on staying in the northern side of the island, pretty clean and easy to get around. Parking is somewhat limited to few areas around the condo and if you get in late, may need to park further and a bit of a walk but not too bad. Very close to beaches, Napali coast as well as local stores. Place provided beach chairs, towels, body board as well. Would stay here again if visiting.
Bed needs to be thrown out. Various kitchen appliances but too short to plug in. We found an extension cord hidden on our last day. The room is too small to advertise as kitchenette. Very nicely decorated and quiet. Some noise from road. Dining table and chairs very heavy and difficult to move around.
This suite was exactly as expected. View from patio (lanai) door beautiful .
You do share the lanai with adjacent neighbour, but the patio furniture is new and lovely.
Princeville is a gorgeous area, and the sunsets across the street, are spectacular! Kaui is still very Hawaiian, and the natural beauty is all around you.
Grocery store in town . Give them your phone number and you will get the weekly special prices...things are expensive-on Hawaii, but easy to make breakfast, pack lunch, and eat dinner out. Not really equipped for serious cooking, but when on vacation, who wants to spend your time preparing dinner?
My wife and I spent three (3) wonderful nights in the condominium. Although it doesn't have a full kitchen, it is well equipped with a refrigerator, microwave and small toaster oven.
The condo is located in Princeville, a short distance from a number of restaurants and shops. The owner, Candace, was fabulous to deal with. Great value for the money.
Golf: World Class Golf Courses: Makai Course and Princeville Course within view!
