This amazing beach front home has everything you could imagine to make your family vacation a memorable one.

The building consists of two units. The “lower” beach level home (HomeAway #161720) is a 1200 sqft. 3-bedroom with 2-bathrooms and offers exclusive use of the beach deck. The “upper” home (HomeAway #254059) consists of upper floors 2 & 3 with 5-bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms at 3800 sqft. and a 3rd floor deck with outdoor fireplace. The garage is attached to the “upper” home and is for the exclusive use of the “upper” home. Each home has entrances on opposite sides of the building, their own paths to the beach, and their own outdoor showers. The homes do not share any amenities.

This upper level home offers an unbelievable 3800 sq ft of space that includes 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths along with a 2 car garage and an awesome rooftop deck with a fireplace. Four of the bedrooms in the home offer king size beds and the fifth bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds for the kids. The kitchen is a cook's dream and the dining area has enough seating for everybody in your party.

Nice experience

Very nice house. The view is amazing. Location great close to restaurants and shopping. Could use more coffee cups. House could use more blankets and pillows. Winter and very cool weather. Carpet could use a cleaning especially in the main living areas. I did email about the garage door opener not working.

The property was fantastic, GREAT FAMILY VACATION!

There were 10 of us in the house and there was plenty of room , the bedroom and bathroom facilities were perfect for us (ages ranging from 1 year to 72 years) and we had everything we needed for our stay. The upper floor with a play/TV room and the outside deck with BBQ and Fireplace was a fantastic place to spend the evenings. My wife's sister also rented the lower unit so for a total family vacation, right on the beach it could not have been better.

The house was clean, well stocked with the necessities. Everything was exactly as advertised and we had an extremely relaxed vacation perfect for adults and kids alike. Most of us live locally so we didn't take advantage of the restaurants in the area but there are a number of great places to eat. I would strongly recommend this house as it had the best of all worlds - right on the beach, great accommodations for both kids and adults, clean and well maintained and close to so many of So. California's other eateries and attractions.

Amazing vacation!

This was the most relaxing vacation for our family, ever. The fast response to reserving to the ease of final preparations. We were beyond pleased with the location and layout of the property. You won't be disappointed. It was very quiet and we truly feel this is a special place. We walked to restaurants and shops. A good time was had by all and were very sad to leave. We have already reserved this special place for next year!!

Extortion Racket

This house is listed as Pets Allowed but if you own a pet and want to rent this house please look elsewhere. We rented this home for 4 days over 2013 Christmas. The house is decent, but the concern about the construction next door is real. That went on during our stay out there. We brought our pet and did not pay attention to the clause in the contract that there will be a pet cleaning fee but which did not specify an amount. We have been renting other houses with our pet for years and usually the amount is between 150 and 200 for the stay. So I kind of assumed that would be the rate. And when we stay in a rental with friends, we always restrict the dogs movement to one small area of the house because invariable we have people who are not comfortable around dogs with us. Well after the rental we were stuck with a bill of 800 dollars for pet related cleaning. We have a well trained pet and there were no accidents/incidents inside the house and as I mentioned, she was restricted to one floor in the house(we carry around railings to block passage). For 800 dollars I could have taken a pet suite at the Ritz Carlton. As I said, if you have pets look elsewhere. Or make sure that they put an amount on the contract.

Owner's Response: All pets are to be approved, in writing, and a signed pet addendum completed prior to pets being allowed in the home as our contract CLEARLY states. Our pet addendum details all costs should one choose to bring a pet allowing the pet owner to decided if they want to move forward with additional cleaning costs. Unfortunately in this case, the renter admittedly did not read the contract. The renter also did not disclose they were bringing a dog nor did they have written approval from the owner. If the renter would have disclosed their desire to bring a dog, as our contract states, then the renter would have been made aware of the costs associated with the pet and would have been able to decide if they want to bring their pet. Construction on the home next door was completed in April of 2015

This home was spectacular.

Just as nice as advertised. Rented both top and bottom for our large family. Perfect location and lots of parking. Beach was XLNT, and the weather was great. Highly recommend this rental unit.
