Updated split-level modern home, close to the University of Illinois, Memorial Stadium, State Farm Center, Research Park, great restaurants, grocery stores and it's a quick 5 minute drive to Downtown. The home has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with over 2800 sq ft on a quiet cul-de-sac.
The home is great for entertaining or large groups with its split level modern feel. Guest will have access to the entire home. The home features three bedrooms (1 king bed and 2 queen beds), two bathrooms, kitchen, dining and living room on the upper level while the lower level has two more additional bedrooms (2 queen beds), one bathroom, laundry room and a family room that has a wet bar in it. Additional queen air mattresses available upon request for any booking over 10 guests. The home also offers Bose sound system throughout, smart lighting, smart TV's, apple TV and WiFI.
The entire home is open to guests.

The house offers plenty of parking in the driveway and on the street. The bus runs near by and it’s easy for Uber and Lyft to find.

Home of Illini

My daughter was married at Hudson Farms and we chose here to be our home base. Quiet cul de sac, immaculate and beautiful home. Spacious living quarters and beautiful spacious outdoor space. Everything was wonderful including the communication with the owner. I wish I would have known about this home while my daughter was a student of U of I.

Clean, very comfortable house.

All was as shown in the listing. Perfect place for a long weekend golf trip. House was clean and all the little things taken care of. Communication was great and easy. Would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable

Great spot to visit U of I student! Just far enough away from campus noise and or traffic but only 5 minutes away. Nicely updated, price was high but it was Moms weekend so I’m sure above average.
