LOCATION – This property offers the perfect location. The Breckenridge Free Ride shuttle is located directly out the front door to get you to the slopes quickly and only two blocks from Main St. It is an easy walk to Carter Park for sledding and the Breckenridge ice arena for ice skating.

Location was great!
The house was two blocks from everything, making this a great family spot. The house met all of our needs, but could use a little tlc (broken toilet paper holder - which is very basic, but goes a long way).
We would definitely stay here again- we all loved the hot tub and the close proximity to the mountain and shops.
Everything we needed and great location!
This adorable home has everything you could need, including a private hot tub - stargazing from this location is breathtaking! A couple blocks to main street, one block to grocer. Love it! We will be back!!
We loved this little cottage it was in the perfect location. There are hiking /biking trails and a nice park right behind it. And two blocks from all the action in town. The porch was great for morning coffee and people watching. Since it was run by I property management company I gave it a 4 instead of a 5 . I like it when we get to interface with the owner of the properties we stay in.
Great location for walking around town.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house is clean and well appointed. The location couldn't if been more convenient and the kids loved having a school with playgrounds behind us. We would definitely return.
Great Location, Ok house
The house is a short 2 block walk from Main Street with all the shops, bars and restaurants there and around the corner from a local grocery store. This is a historic house which has been remodeled sometime in the past. Everything is as advertised and works ok for the most part. The gas stove should be self lighting, but isn't so you need to use the lighter get the stove working. That's a bit of a safety hazard but easy enough to work around once you find the lighter. The remodel work is just ok. It's mover than basic but nothing is "high-end" which I expected from such a pretty historic cottage on the outside.
The most annoying thing for me was how the property management company handled the interactions with me via email. The points in their communication that I didn't care for were
"YOUR CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM ON 06/25/17, Sunday. The cleaners will be standing outside at 10am. Sending them away will cost another night’s rental."
Now I was out before 10 am but I did not see cleaners anywhere in sight then. Seemed a bit over the top for me and felt like I was being threatened instead of treated as a guest.
This also felt a bit weird " OCCUPANCY. Your reservation is for a maximum of occupants. The total number of people allowed in your property at any time is restricted to this number. Absolutely no parties, weddings or other similar events are allowed. The neighbors have our number! " Now this place has bedding to sleep 8, but we said we would have 4 and that's what we did, but its seems a bit over the top that if I had guests over the neighbors would be calling the property management company and "telling on me"
Thank you for taking the time to review French Street Cottage. It is in a great location in town! The ignitor on the oven has since been replaced and is functioning correctly now. We apologize for the miscommunication from our registration page. It was meant to be light-hearted and we have since changed the wording. We hope to see you again on your future Breckenridge vacation!
This one's all about the location...!
Located just two blocks east of Main Street, the location is awesome. We were able to walk to shops, dining and everything we needed.
