Waterfront townhouse in small quiet complex across the street from the beach. Located on the well known Gulf Blvd and walking distance to a few amenities, a short drive to major amenities (supermarket, restaurants etc). The condos comes with a double garage (rare this close to the beach) and parking for 2 cars. 1200 square foot. Unit is located near the pool. Watch the boats go past on the screened in balcony and feel the ocean breeze. The (air-conditioned) beach sunshine trolley service is on your doorstep which runs between St Pete Beach and Clearwater. A couple of minutes to popular Johns Pass which has cruises, dolphin watching, restaurants and shops. 90 mins from Orlando and only 35 minutes from Tampa International Airport. On site convenience store. Fishing Pier, just bring your poles. Pets under 25lbs welcome. We have an on site dog walk and poolside toilets plus outdoor shower.

Beware!

We apparently paid directly to the owner of this property, under the pretense of a management company's name only to be provided contact information to a different management company. When it came time to refund our damage deposit the owner was unable to be reached and since the second management company did not collect the money, they passed the responsibility back to the owner. This is only half the story, one week before our check in date, the second management company called and said there was a serious plumbing problem with this property and we would have to stay at a different property. A smaller unit, 20 miles from this properties location. So this owner now is not only keeping money that was supposed to be refunded, but money for a stay at her property that didn't even take place ! Pass this one up ! Not worth the stress it will ensue!

A Perfect Vacation - Year Two

The condo and more importantly Dusty were great! This was our second year staying here and it was just as good as the first. It is really the foundation of a great, relaxing vacation that my wife and I desperately need every year. We are already looking forward to staying again next year.

Great place !

Spent a week at Seashells condo with my family. Everything that we needed was provided.

Clean, comfortable and a great location and view.

2 car garage with 2 additional parking spaces was a HUGE plus for my family.

AMAZING

We stayed here for Spring Break with our 14 year old son and 20 month old twins. Our stay was relaxing and amazing. The condo is clean and has everything you need to cook. They even provided hand soap, dish soap, and cleaning supplies. The set up is easily baby proofed with a simple baby gate. The beach is a tenth of a mile across the street, we had no hassles getting to it.

The neighbors are friendly, one neighbor even knocked on our door to make sure we were ok because some tools had been left out by the garage.

Dusty is GREAT!!! He called midweek to check on us and make sure everything was ok. He even gave us 2 free days because the next renters were going to be late.

We have stayed in a lot of condos gulf side and on the east coast of Florida and Georgia. This is one of the best ones we have stayed in and the most reasonable. We will be back!!

A Perfect Vacation

This condo as Seashells in Indian Shores, Florida was the very foundation of my perfect vacation. The complex and condo is clean, well maintained, and spacious. Dusty is a great guy and on top of everything. The beaches (and surrounding areas) were fantastic and my entire stay was simply bliss.

Perfect Florida Vacation

This is the perfect place to spend your vacation getaway with all the comforts of home. The townhome had everything we needed for our stay including beach chairs, fishing poles, etc. The home was comfortable, roomy and quiet. Seashells is perfectly situated between the intercoastal waterway on the backside and the Gulf just across the street. My sons thoroughly enjoyed fishing from the private dock on the back of the complex. We saw manatees, dolphins, horseshoe crabs and stingrays from the dock along with many types of tropical birds. There is also a nice pool and deck area, and the complex is kept impeccably clean. The local property managers went out of their way to accommodate our needs. This is our second vacation at this property and we will definitely go back!!
