Dillon means you are centrally located to all of Summit County's ski areas, lakes, forests and streams but only several minutes from Interstate 70 and all it's amenities-every imaginable retail establishment, including our Outlet Malls, is but two minutes away. The lighted ski trails at Keystone at night are spectacular...

The unit is designed to highlight the views as well as allow for separation of spaces-the floor plan is simple, open and functional. Please fire up the fireplace every night...
We have bikes for your use and a variety of simple camping and outdoor gear.....as well as some sleds for winter fun.......

Incredible view and you feel like you're a million miles from civilization. Straight out the door was the Lake, and a really nice walk along the foreshore, complete with sailboats and mountains ... then around the corner was the movies, City Market, Target, and lots of outlet shopping. At night we just walked a few hundred yards to several really good restaurants. We met the owners and they were really helpful.
The view is great and the place was clean. We had requested a crib and bike burley prior to arriving and it was confirmed we could have both on arrival. Upon arrival, neither item was in the condo. We tried calling the owner and received no response. We barely made it to Target in time to buy a safe crib for our 4 month old. Plus, the key to the condo was nowhere to be found and somehow ended up in the neighbor's condo (which is also owned by the same person). So, we ended up leaving our place unlocked while we went out to Target. The owner finally got back to us the next day but said we wouldn't see the burley until Monday, 3 days after we had arrived. So, we spent an extra $115 for the crib and burley rental. It is a beautiful place and the view is wonderful, but do not rely on the owner for extra items.
Hi All, My family and I celebrated our Christmas this year at this condo and had a wonderful time. The views are fantastic and the location to town is great. Manager let us decorate the unit with a tree and lights. Enjoyed a nice fire in the evenings and the full kitchen made having Christmas dinner a breeze. Unit was clean and beds were comfortable. Brad the manager dropped by to welcome us and answer any questions. Waking distance to restaurants and shopping. Skiing is short drive away. In a nutshell I would recommend this property as the go to location in the area.
The property was exactly as advertised!!! Brad was prompt and professional in responding to questions while we were searching for a place in Dillon and made the process simple and painless from check-in to check-out. The view from the living room was awesome, each morning we would throw open the curtains and watch the sun rise over the mountains as we ate our breakfast and prepared to go skiing. The location was within walking distance of restaurants and the free bus even with our ski gear. The unit was not lacking in anything from our groups perspective and we are already looking ahead to booking with Brad in January 2015!! Oh yea ..the beds were very comfortable and unit very private.
BREATHE-TAKING VIEWS FROM LIVING ROOM AND PATIO, SPACIOUS ROOM NICELY APPOINTED. NEAR RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS. SHORT DISTANCE TO BRECKENRIDGE,
VAIL, LOVELAND PASS. NICE GOLF COURSES, HELPFUL AND RESPONSIVE OWNER
We stayed just over 2 weeks in the Baileys' condo, taking in the wonderful view and the many attractions the area offers in Summer. The sailing regatta and the annual barbeque took place while we were there, adding to the fun. Condo was comfortable and well-equipped. We often cooked on the propane grill, which had some years on it but performed fine. Having the bikes available was a real plus, and the pool was never crowded. Brad was available and responsive to our few questions/requests.
Other Activities: How about borrowing our snowbikes for nite skiing at Keystone?
Golf: Golfers need only to understand the game at higher altitudes-one, your ball goes farther and, sadly, it's more expensive to play! Sorry, but we have many great resort courses very close by....
Ski: I don't think I need to mention the attributes of all our world class resorts within view of our condo-I'm thinking you know that already!
