There are custom hardwood floors, an open-concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, two big flatscreen TVs, and lots of comfortable space for everyone to unwind. You'll also have an outdoor shower to rinse off any sandy feet before relaxing on the back deck with a cool drink to enjoy a terrific view of the western sky under the soft glow of string lights. No to mention, the free high-speed WiFi has you covered if you need to get a bit of work done or simply want to share your favorite memories on social media.

THINGS TO KNOW

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a Ring Camera at the front door to protect the home's security. Please do not cover, dismantle, or deactivate at any time.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
