E-N-J-O-Y: This affordable Provincetown cottage/home will certainly enhance your stay, will create many wonderful memories of 'Ole Cape Cod', and will encourage you to return many times in the future to celebrate special events.
Thanks for the stay at the lovely cottage which had everything it takes for a nice relaxing vacation, not least of all a very friendly and very helpful owner - Chris! A great place to come home to after a long day of exploring the beautiful surroundings.
The cottage was a perfect fit my boyfriend and I. We stayed for 4 nights and the entire time it was peaceful. Close to EVERYTHING. We plan on making this a yearly visit :)
We had an amazing stay in this beach cottage! It was a great location, near the heart of Provincetown and close to a number of wonderful beaches. The cottage itself is small but compact and maximizes it's space quite well. It makes up for size in other features like the comfortable bed and roomy shower. This place is perfect for two! It's location is private, and while somewhat near the street, there is not much traffic, so this is not a big deal whatsoever. Neighbors are quiet and curtious - we rarely even saw any of the other visitors during our stay. Chris was amazing! He was a phone call or email away and responded at lightning speed. He was extemely accomodating and helpful which made our stay fabulous. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
This was our first visit to Provincetown and when we go back again we will be booking this cottage! It was exactly as described in the listing. It was a perfect quiet location with a combination of privacy and some great neighbors that made for a relaxing vacation. The cottage was comfortable, clean and had all we needed to enjoy a weeks stay. Smartly equipped to enjoy a few stay in breakfasts or quick lunches when you are not dining out. The outdoor shower in the back yard was a favorite of mine.
As it says you are only steps away from the water for walking along the shore or spending a day at the beach. When you want to hit the other local beaches or the shops, restaraunts and nightlife downtown you are just a 5 minute drive away (easily walked or biked if you chose, maybe 30 minutes walk).
The communication with the owner was excellent from the day we booked our stay up until the time we arrived home. It was a pleasure to know our vacation was as important to the owner as it was to us. We had poor cell service in Provincetown with our carrier but the cottage had a land line telephone and wireless internet access!! That made all our restaurant searching and reservation making a breeze! We would highly recommend this property to anyone.
Try out the Lobster Pot Restaurant and if you want a great pizza try the House of Pizza. One of the several home and garden shops we liked is called Botanica. A favorite shop of mine is called Recovering Hearts. There were so many great eateries and shops to mention them all but we wanted to mention these as worth it! I would run out of space if I started listing the jewelry stores!
The bottom line of my review is this. If you come across this property while searching for a place to stay on your vacation to Provincetown, your search is over...reserve it and enjoy it!
The bungalow was very clean and organized. It was just the perfect size for me and my fiance. Kitchen was stocked with coffee cups and pots and pans! 5 minute bike ride to P-Town and a very short walk to the beach! This spot was just perfect. Chris was very professional and prompt with his email correspondences and was readily available via phone when we arrived. Cannot wait to rent this bungalow again! Thank you again!

The location is well-suited for many activities, including biking (ProvinceLands Trail is beautiful and mildly challenging), participating in watersports ( kayaking, sailing, parasailing, and swimming), antiquing/shopping/arts appreciation, dining on the fresh 'catch-of-the-day', exploring sandy dunes for wildlife and unique greenery, relaxing on numerous secluded 'seemingly-endless' beaches, and enjoying the local flair and excitement for which Provincetown is world-famous (center of town is 2 miles west).
Other Activities: Kite flying, Bird Watching, Photography, Shopping, Dining, Exploring beaches and Dunes
