Perched above the Snowflake Lift on the Four O’ Clock Road and just a 10-minute walk to town center, this ground-level 2BR/2BA condo at Tyra Summit boasts an unbeatable location. Walk minutes to the lift and then ski all the way back to your retreat!

Additional perks of this corner unit include a private ski locker and access to the clubhouse next door – complete with indoor and outdoor hot tubs and a grilling area with picnic tables.

LIVING AREA

Sip a cup of hot cocoa in front of the wood-burning fireplace in the living area. A queen-size sleeper sofa and armchair offer comfortable seating to enjoy mountain ski run views. Watch a new movie on the 36” flat-screen TV, equipped with cable.

KITCHEN & DINING

The sparkling kitchen provides a full suite of stainless steel appliances as well as helpful gadgets and cookware.

When it’s time to eat, gather at the table for six.

BED & BATH

This ground-floor condo sleeps up to six guests between two bedrooms and the queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the master suite, which features a king-size bed, a 36” flat-screen TV, and private access to a deck. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a tub/shower combination.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Decent unit, quite dated, bad overall experience with Vacasa

The unit is quite dated but decent, nothing great to write about. The beds are just terrible, the mattresses need replacement. Really small TV. The drawers are not in great shape. It's a ski-in, but hard to know on 1st day, no ski-out, it's a 3 min walk to chairlift. The main issues for us was Vacasa. We had read multiple negative reviews for them but still decided to book and the experience was poor. 1) ski locker door code was not provided and even after multiple conversations it was canned responses and difficult to get it. On day 2 or 3 we got the code, after reaching out to them multiple times. 2) For 5 night stays they provided 1 detergent packet for 1 wash load, for anything else, their policy is to 'carry or buy your own'. 3) They provided a really tiny soap for both hands and bathing, when we asked to provide an additional one, they said they can't based on their policy. 4) Finally a day before leaving, they said to 'drop by their local office' to pickup supplies i.e. when our stay was almost over and they would not drop it off, terrible! These are small things, which cost 5-6 bucks and make the overall experience painful, especially when you are paying $$$ a night for these units. In this regard and also in terms of communications, this is the worst we have encountered across 50-60 stays we have done using popular sites like these. If possible avoid vacasa, we will for sure going forward.

Great ski in walk out location

I liked being able to ski right to the door of the building. The walk to snowflake lift was not far. Maybe 150 yards. The warm water seemed to run out pretty quickly though.

Convenient Ski Stay

The place and location was wonderful. Plenty of space and a close walk to the snowflake lift. The main difficulty was that the code provided did not work on the door when we arrived. We had to call (and wait on hold) to get it resolved. We also tried texting (a recommended communication format) and did not hear a response to that until 11pm over 3 hours later. The one other thing to note is that the outdoor hot tub is directly outside. The quiet hours begin at 10pm but it can be noisy before that time.
