This Linkside Villa is a furnished 2 bedroom 2 bath property sleeping 6, and features a full kitchen with granite counter tops, new appliances and slate floors. All you need to bring is your groceries! The living area is centered around the fireplace, and the furniture has been placed to make for a great conversation space. The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom features two large full beds and a desk with plenty of room. Additionally featured is a separate family room with a sleeper sofa and TV for the 6th guest. We have a privately fenced back yard with outdoor tables, chairs and grill. This is all off the Linkside golf course within walking distance to a wonderful community pool with rest rooms.
This property is located on the bayside of the Emerald Coast's Largest Golf & Beach Resort, which offers immediate access to golfing and the exciting Bayside Village with it's great restaurants, shopping and entertainment.
The golf cart is a great way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car! Note: golf carts may vary for the one in the photo.

The house was as advertised. It was clean, spacious and well stocked.
House OK, Management Company Horrible
The house itself is quite nice, unfortunately the management company did not prepare the home for renters. In response to our issues with the home, the company responded and acted very unprofessional and horrible customer service. The showers were not clean (hair in the tub and drain), the dryer doesn't work very well (takes forever to dry), internet didn't work, and TV doesn't work in the den. The tires on the bikes had low air. The cover for the golf cart they rented us with falling apart. The back yard had dog poop all over it which we of course had to pick up as to not get charged by the mgmt company. The management company's emergency phone number is disconnected. Worst of all, a previous renter left a "very personal item" underneath one of the beds which luckily we found before my crawling 9 month old did. This made us question the cleanliness of the whole house. And to top it all off, the management company called accused us of "completely fabricating: all of this and said that we are professional complainers that would not be happy with anything. I think they just didn't want to take responsibility for prepping the property. If I were the owner of this property, I'd be very disappointed to know that this is how the management company is managing the property. We paid way too much money for this kind of service and treatment.
The owners of this property had just checked out before the complaining guests arrived. They had spent several weeks working on decor, replacing and repairing their beach home as many owners do when they visit. The company CEO had personally inspected the property after the housekeeper had finished preparing it for these guests. Not one of their cleanliness issues are accurate. Even the deck and deck furniture was clear of leaves and clean including the grill. The back yard is fenced and lavishly landscaped. There was absolutely no oder or dog poop that she was aware of. As far as the golf cart goes when our agent delivered the golf cart keys to the guests upon their arrival they were quite hostile because they thought the keys should have been there when they arrived. He reminded them that their paperwork which they had previously received states that the keys would be delivered as soon as they notify us they have checked in. He further explained that the reason for this policy is to verify they have a current drivers license and make sure they know how to operate the golf cart and are aware of this 5 star resorts golf cart rules. These carts are individually owned by the property owners and they depend on us to make sure they are legal and properly operated as the resort will fine the owner not the guest and or suspend their cart privileges. A new golf cart cover was on order. The agent also told them if they had any questions to be sure to call. There is a concierge book in the property that has a choice of several service or emergency numbers available including the main switch board 800 number where they can just push the department of their choice. The disconnected number belongs to one of our staff who was recently called to Iraq. His phone was "put to sleep" not disconnected. This has not caused a problem for any of our guests. These guests did not call us during their stay to ask for any service or assistance. The internet worked fine for the owners as well as all of the previous guests who have stayed there. We have since checked and the bike tires are fine and so is the internet and the dryer. The TV was unplugged probably by the owner during their cleaning and working. We are sure if the AC had quit working they would have had no problem getting a hold of us. Every once in a while a seasoned guest like this comes along looking for compensation. We believe this to be the case.
