Massachusetts House Rental Photos and Description

4 bed, 2 bath, hot/cold outdoor shower, AC, sleeps 9

Bayside Breeze is located at 235 Quail Cover Lane, and the perfect choice has never been easier.

The house is on a lovely cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the children. Conveniently located just a mile away from the bay side beaches, we are just a short drive or bike ride away from the delightful National Seashore.

The spacious seven room layout has four attractive, generously sized bedrooms leaving plenty of room for your family and friends to spread out in the house.

On the first floor, there are both queen and twin over full bedrooms, living room, fully equipped eat-in kitchen, newly renovated bath, and a delightful sunny, open family room.

The second floor holds two more bedrooms, a new full bath, 3 twin beds and a queen bed.

Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining with your family and friends, an outdoor shower to wash away the sand, and a gas grill for your dining pleasure. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!

Enjoy our large, sunny, private backyard to play volleyball, badminton, horseshoes, or take a nap in the hammock.

We also offer wireless Internet, three televisions, expanded cable, 4 air conditioners and an extensive game room for those rainy days.

All furnishings are “make yourself at home” comfortable.

Games, puzzles, and playing cards

Ping pong table, pool table, air hockey, foosball

Books and small DVD library

Large screen TVs, stereo and DVD player

Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite ocean side National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing!

Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond, and the many wonderful bayside beaches are nearby for watching the sunsets or exploring tidepools with the children.

Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls.

Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Enjoy the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the Outer Cape or a flea market.

Enjoy the peace and privacy of this bright, cheery home to relax and take in the outer Cape's natural and overwhelming beauty. Make this your home base for a lifetime of wonderful Cape vacation memories.

About Julie Nielsen

Julie and Dave first came to the Cape in 2003 when their family rented a vacation home. They loved the history, architecture, quiet roads and scenic beauty. They started returning several times a year, staying at a local campground. In 2009, they purchased the first of what turned out to be five homes in town. Julie is a nurse, and Dave is a physical therapist. They are both serial renovators, performing the much of the work themselves. They have a young daughter, who is thrilled to go to the beach, ride in her bike trailer, and climb on her play set. They live in southern New Hampshire.

Guestbook comments from the owner

Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed staying at Bayside Breeze. We loved the little details like how you decorated it with Cape Cod/seashore motifs and the paint colors you picked, the new wood floors and bathroom upstairs, the plants in the front yard, etc. We could tell that a lot of work went into it- a very relaxing place to spend two weeks! Thanks so much.

Loves our stay!

  • 4 of 5

We loved this house! Julie was very accommodating! We have 4 small kids and the game room in the basement was wonderful for them! It's a short ride to the beach which we loved! Only thing I'd say is the house needed a few more air conditioners and the table in the kitchen was not kid friendly but neither of those things would stop me from staying here again! We had a great time!! The mud room/dining room was perfect!! Thank you so much Julie!! :)

Great Family Spot!

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time at this property. The house was really comfortable and we had everything a family could need. The game selection in the basement was great and provided a place for our kids to entertain themselves. It was close to all the things we love to do on Cape Cod. The owners were very responsive and helpful with any request we might have. We would definitely come back again!

Great place to stay

  • 5 of 5

This was a great place to spend some time in the cape. It's in a great neighborhood location, close to all the good beaches and everything we could have needed. The house was clean and spacious with lots to do and Julie was a fantastic host, even leaving us a welcome package upon arrival. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfy home for large or 2 families

  • 5 of 5

This was the 3rd year we have stayed at this property which could end the review right now- who returns that many times if they don't love the place?? The owners are very nice people to work with, for starters. The home itself is lovely - hard wood floors in many areas, updated bathrooms, a large basement which although unfinished is a great place for tweens/teens to play pool, foosball or air hockey. The back yard is big and wonderful for kids to run around- there is a hammock and volleyball net set up as well. It is in a quiet neighborhood, which we just love. The owners keep up the place nicely- this past year they replaced many windows and overhead lighting in breezeway, last year they updated a bathroom, etc. Great place for a vacation!

Great central location on the Cape

  • 5 of 5

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Quail Cover Trail. The house and deck were large enough to accommodate my Canadian and American families. The basement playroom provoked much merriment with games not played since we were children, and was a welcome respite from the hot sun. The house was well-situated, a short bike ride to my conference centre and the beach, and a 30 minute drive to PTown. The house had everything we needed. Thanks again.

Enjoyed the house very much. It is very livable and has a real bonus in the playroom in the basement. Our kids very much enjoyed all the games there.
