Welcome to this wonderfully upgraded Monarch Hills Condo, that comfortably sleeps 6, nestled in the 24-hour gate-guarded community of Ritz Point just over a mile walk through the St. Regis Golf Links to Salt Creek Beach, world class resorts, Dana Point Harbor and Laguna Beach.



Its very quiet location makes it even more enticing as it is close to one of the three spas, the community pool, and the gym. So many ways to relax, recharge, and reconnect with yourself or others, whether you stay within Ritz Point, or venture out into this prime location that showcases all the best that Southern California has to offer!



When you enter the ground floor you will immediately notice the light hardwood flooring, the travertine tile, and the plantation shutters so you can keep have just the right amount of light any time of day or night. All the windows have also been upgraded also to preserve the quiet ambiance of this condo.



In the living room - enjoy lots of comfortable seating options, a cozy gas burning fireplace, and a flat screen TV - or relax and feel the ocean breezes on the private, wrap around patio just outside.



The large, eat-in gourmet kitchen with granite counters and rich maple cabinetry, is the perfect place to prepare your own meals – just add food and friends or family and gather around the dining table that seats 6 for nourishment and merriment. Or, if your prefer, there are lots of restaurants featuring various cuisines nearby.



There are two bedrooms - a master with a king bed and the guest bedroom has a queen. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan and a flat screen TV if you wish to create your own little enclave.



Each of the 2 baths is a full bath with beautiful granite counters. And of course all bedrooms and baths are furnished with luxury linens so you can feel even more pampered. There is also a separate laundry room on the patio with a full-size washer and dryer.

No Smoking on the property - NO EXCEPTIONS (this is inside and outside the property)



This home is located in a quiet neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. Our rental agreement includes a no tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, occupancy and/or parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or evictions are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before renting with Vacasa Seasonals, Inc.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great location for relaxing beach vacation
We enjoyed our visit. The condo was clean and comfortable and had all that we needed. The owner called in advance to give tips on entering the property, which was very helpful considering our time of arrival. Great location close to a beautiful beach at Salt Creek Park and quick drive up the Pacific Coast highway to Laguna Beach. Enjoyed walking through the neighborhood and the hot tub was a plus.

Lovely Condo
Lovely condo - perfect for our 6 night stay in the area. It met all our needs (which admittedly are few) with easy access to shopping and dining. Be aware that there are no food items (not even salt or pepper) in the kitchen, which wasn't a problem for us, since we drove and didn't worry about wasting food. The complex is secure and quiet; we felt quite safe. There is a laundry area with access from the outside that has plenty of beach gear. The patio has a nice grill that we used on one occasion. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location and condo.
Mostly the stay was great. You should be aware of a few issues. 1. The toilet in the guest bathroom catches when it it flushed and keeps running unless you manually pull the handle back into position. 2. I loaded the sheets and towels into the washer but did not start it because there was no laundry detergent to add. 3. It would have been nice to have at least 1 box of Kleenex available in the condo.
