Built in 2021, this 7 bedroom, 5.5 bathroom home, features a private pool/spa and incredible movie loft. Beautifully decorated and designed with families in mind, this home is perfect for loved ones of all ages to gather and create memories of a lifetime.

As you enter, you will be welcomed by an open floor plan that is spacious yet cozy. Whip up a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen with your choice of seating, the breakfast bar which seats 4 or the dining table which seats 6. Choose to chat and chew or watch a little TV on the 65 inch Smart TV while resting comfortably on the oversized sofa.

The pool view from inside the living room is not too shabby! Maybe you would prefer to eat outside and enjoy the Florida weather under the covered lanai at the 6 person dining table. Did I mention the pool is enclosed?! No need to cover yourself in bug spray, grab your shades and relax on a sun lounger or jump right into the pool.

As you travel upstairs you are met by the heart of the home. An amazing movie loft with 9 theater chairs and 120-inch movie screen. This is guaranteed to be a favorite spot for everyone in your party!

When it’s time to say goodnight, choose from one of 7 bedrooms. The first floor features a King bedroom with ensuite , that leads out to the pool. The second floor master with ensuite invites you to “Be Our Guest”, while the king room with ensuite next door just might bring out the Villain in you. Across from the movie loft you will find a Marvelous double twin bedroom and a picture perfect Pixar room with a twin bunkbed and a single twin. Both rooms share a hall bath. Also, upstairs is another King bedroom that just might make you wonder “How Far You Will Go “, and a double twin bedroom that will remind you “It’s A Small World” after all. These two rooms also share a bath.

Don’t forget the garage, equipped with an air hockey table and Playstation4.

Fantastic home and vacation

My family and I stayed here for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is even better than advertised and the owner (Tommy) is very responsive. We especially loved the pool/hot tub and the movie loft. The property's clubhouse is amazing as well. We are absolutely going to look into staying here again in the future!

Large family home

Great home exactly as advertised. Perfect for our group of 14. Only reco I would make is to add handrails for safety to access the pool and hot tub.

Great house

This house is great. Thelisting is very accurate. The resort is.as good as depicted and the property is pretty close to the clubhouse. Could use afew more baking sheets and dishtowels. We had a wonderful time. Everyone enjoyed it.
