Fabulous Rental - In the Peninsula an Exclusive Gated Private Community

New to the rental market this 4 bedroom 3 full bath single family home in The Peninsula is ideal for family vacations!

The first floor has a fabulous fully equipped kitchen with an open concept to the dining and family rooms. The first floor also includes laundry room, full bathroom and a bedroom with a queen bed. The family room also includes a queen sofa bed.

The second floor has a large master bedroom with private bathroom. Two additional bedrooms and full bath are also on this floor. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom has two singles and the third bedroom has a bunk bed as well as a single. All bedrooms include televisions

Relax and grill out on the back patio or enjoy a morning coffee out front. Included in this rental are beach toys, chairs, bikes and boogie boards.

Take advantage of the fabulous activities/amenities that The Peninsula has to offer. Amenities include a premier Jack Nicklaus designed golf course, indoor golf simulator, driving range, indoor pool, outdoor adult pool, outdoor kids infinity/wave pool, 9 hole miniature golf course, sauna, nature center, walking/bike trails, private bay beach, kayaks, paddle board rental, fishing/crabbing, tennis, pickle ball, fitness center. Dining is available at the clubhouse and seasonal access to the outdoor full service bar, and 2 additional outdoor dining options at the pool.

Please note: The Peninsula amenity fee is not included in the rental and may be purchased directly from the club upon arrival. In season rates are as follows - weekly $110 per adult and children (6-15) $52. Off season rates are as follows - weekly $51 per adult and children (6-15) $30. There is also a separate fee to play the Jack Nicklaus Signature course.

The Peninsula is located on over 800 acres of land surrounded by the Indian River Bay (inlet of Delaware Bay) and Lingo Creek. It truly offers the bet of both worlds 5 star amenities, 6 miles to the outlets and 20 minute drive to Rehoboth and Dewey Beach

Linens and towels are not included. Guests are encouraged to either use a local linen service (we can provide information) or pack and bring their own.

Great Get Away

The home was perfect. Clean as a whistle. Beds were comfortable. Well appointed - loved many of the beach themed items throughout the home. A well planned open living space on the 1st floor with kitchen and dinning room table set for 6 but could accommodate 8. The patio was spacious, although the weather during our stay was too hot to enjoy this area. The homeowners responded quickly with all of our questions.

Very nice resort

Stayed here for our daughter's nearby wedding. The Peninsula facilities were great. The house is very nice and has everything one would need.

Fantastic property

My family had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The property is spacious and open and had plenty of room to host large dinners. There were unexpected amenities like numerous bikes of all sizes, about 10 beach chairs, beach toys galore, beach towels, board games, and outdoor games. The back patio was a nice place to hang out. The kitchen was fully stocked, even with toddler dishes. The only thing missing was a drip coffee maker. The Keurig just didn’t do it for our 10 coffee drinkers. The neighborhood is quiet and serene and parking was easy. Neighbors and front gate staff are very friendly.The host was very responsive and everything went as expected. There were no problems at all and I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful House and Community

House is spacious for 10 people. It’s clean, well decorated and well stocked with supplies. There are extra air mattress and trundle bed that are not listed on VRBO. So if someone does not want to sleep on top of bunk bed, there’s other option. Kitchen is fully equipped. Dishwasher came in handy. Full washer and dryer makes it extra convenient not have to pack too much. Community has three pools, two outdoor and one indoor, and two jacuzzi. There’s a fourth pool being built right now. We signed up for full week amenity pass but there’s so many things to do outside community, we end up not using facility daily. In future might consider daily amenity pass instead. There are also floaters, 6 bikes in the garage and 6-7 beach towels in laundry room to borrow. Nearby rehoboth beach is about 30 min and ocean city is about 1 hour drive away. Owners are very friendly and responsive to questions. We can always get an answer within few hours, often times right away. Highly recommend this rental. Our whole group enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful stay

Gorgeous home with nice furnishings and decor, fully stocked kitchen. Great open concept living and dining area for 10 family members to gather. We enjoyed the beach cruisers, indoor pool and walking trails.
