BAD CLEANING SERVICE

The house itself was cute, however, upon arrival found it FILTHY especially floors, doors, walls. The floors looked like they had not been cleaned in months found with dust, dirt, food, and dead bugs. There was snot on the wall switch and doors. NOT COVID CLEANED BY ANY MEANS. You pay a LARGE CLEANING FEE TO USE THE HOME so NOT good. Check in at 4 pm so had to get my own cleaning people and myself to clean before bringing my young son over. Also remote for garage had dead batteries in it, refrigerator had light on for filter replacement. These issues were not addressed either. Called the managment company to advise them and request CLEANING refund. Sopke to who ever answered phone, emailed pics for them to send to manager and requested manager call me. My stay was 49 days. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME!!!! So over all cute house, nice location, BUT due to LACK OF CLEANING SERVICE and LACK OF RESPONSE FROM MANAGEMENT will result in not using this location again. Thank you
