Cozy Cottage at Sunset Hills is a studio layout, private cottage in Branson, MO. Cozy Cottage is one of FIVE units at Branson's FIRST and ONLY "Couples/Adults Only" resort! It features a private outdoor covered porch with a hot tub and gas fire pit to enjoy year round. The inside features a 55" smart TV, mini fridge, microwave and Keurig. Wireless internet and Netflix are provided. Cozy Cottage is located directly in front of the swimming pond and from the front porch there are sensational views of our beautiful swimming pond and its 3 waterfalls that is open for swimming during the summer months. We are located less than 12 minutes from Branson's famous strip, The Branson Landing, shopping and restaurants.

Fall visit

My husband and I had a wonderful time. Cottage is so nice and the front yard is gorgeous. The drive-in is so beautiful and secluded. We enjoyed the location away from the busy areas But felt it was a short drive to get to our shows. We would stay again for sure.
