The Jessie Benton Suite is in the Central West End, one of St. Louis' best walking neighborhoods. The apartment can sleep up to four, with an excellent queen-sized bed and a sleeper sofa bed that is truly worth sleeping on. Add $15/night per person when top-quality sleeper sofa is desired.
Our pricing defaults to two guests sharing the queen bed. If you will have two in your party, but would like to use the queen sleeper sofa, please either: Make your reservation for three, or let us know and we'll manually add the charge when processing your reservation.
Included in the tariff is a rotating selection of unguarded welcome treats, a selection of teas, and freshly roasted coffee from one of the city's best roasters to start your stay. The 'Jessie' is one block west of St. Louis University. It is four miles west of the Gateway Arch, and within three miles of St. Louis' most popular attractions: City Museum, the St. Louis Zoo, the Missouri Botanical Garden, the St. Louis Art Museum and Forest Park. The apartment is across the street from a 24-hour full-service supermarket. It is a short walk to two 24-hour pharmacies, several coffee houses, two first-run movie theaters, and many fine restaurants. Rates are based on whether one or both of the apartment's beds are in use. Base rate is for two people using one Queen-sized bed. With the exception of those reserving over holidays or high-demand dates, guests are not charged until their day of arrival. A two-night minimum is required on weekends.
We have three first-come, first-served parking spots on the lot adjacent to the building. These three spots serve the two guest apartments in the building.
The apartment has dedicated internet with WIFI, and an antenna for local stations on the flat screen television. You are welcome to log into any streaming services to which you subscribe, through the Roku Box. There is a large flat screen in the living room and a small flat screen in the bedroom.
We use dynamic pricing to ensure competitive rates.
