Each pass allows up to 4 people access to HOA amenities for a per person daily fee to be paid by guest) Close to all major ski areas and downtown Truckee. Exceptional House in Truckee!

We had a wonderful visit! The house was nicely remodeled, very comfortable and in a great location. The bedrooms all had king size beds so everyone in our group was happy. The kitchen was well-stocked and had everything we needed. Everything was as expected and Jeannine was an excellent host. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful cabin!

The property was excellent, and the owner was super responsive to any questions that I had. Plus there was a stash of board games that our children enjoyed playing with!

Didn’t disappoint!

The property was beautiful. It was clean, spacious & had a well-maintained kitchen. It was nice to have 2 separate family rooms so the college kids could have their own space. The only bummer for us, which had nothing to do with the owners, is that the weather robbed us of enjoying our full stay. Roads were closed so we had to detour to Colfax for the first night. Other than that, our stay was great!
