Great location with easy access to all of Portland. Only 2 miles to downtown Portland and OHSU and 10 miles from the Portland Airport. There are fabulous restaurants, cafes, bars, & grocery stores within a stones throw. Perfect location for public transportation & access to Downtown.

It was our first trip to Portland (our first air BnB experience actually) and we found the location close to everything, private, and cozy. David was accessible and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely stay here again next time we are in the area. There are some fun bars nearby, our favorite nightcap spot was Apex, a beer bar about a mile away from the house. Super fun pinball and really close to the house. One of the best vegan restaurants in town is also just a mile away, Portobello Vegan Trattoria. Make sure to check them out when you're staying at the house. Thanks again!"

The space itself was beautiful-very cozy and with good features!

The property was very well decorated and had great amenities. It is a duplex, so you have to be mindful of that. The only things I would say that bothered me were the fruit flies, as there are fruit trees out front and some got in the house...a lady even knocked on the door and asked if she could pick some...also, claw foot bathtubs are my fav (even have one at home) but, showering in one is a little closterphobic...kinda body bag ish... There is a beautifully decorated shower upstairs..but, I'm 5'10 and my husband 6'3...so we body bagged it instead.

For the most part this property was great and the property owner was very easy to work with, even gave us a little more time at check out because our flight was pushed back. We loved Portland and would stay there again if we returned!

Inviting and cozy home

This home has a lot of charm and we particularly enjoyed the large kitchen and open flow to the living room. Also, the air conditioner worked great. It may not always be necessary, but we were glad for it during our stay.

Cean-Comfortable-Good loacation

Cora Flats was just what we needed.

It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with all the utensils and appliances. Bathrooms were clean and stocked. Big kitchen and living area was great.

It was quiet inside and out. Although it is located by a small warehouse district and some RR tracks to the west, we did not hear a peep from any goings-on around the neighborhood, night or day, even while sitting in the nice, fenced-in patio.

Owner was very communicative and accommodating.

We will stay at Cora Flats again when we are back in town if it is available.

A delightful respite!

This is a truly wonderful place to stay. This traditional home has been updated, modernized and decorated in a very appealing way. We were very comfortable in this house. We especially liked the very private side yard which gave us a wonderful place to enjoy a cool summer evening. Everything was well appointed and in good repair. The location was also convenient to a number of local businesses. We would highly recommend this lodging.
