Hi , my name is Diane and I have been renting vacation properties at Seven Springs Resort , near Pittsburgh and in Ft. Lauderdale FL for 12 years.

If I could give ten stars...

Wow! Our group of ten women have celebrated our yearly "Girls Weekend" for 6 years now, and we've always stayed in different places ... it seems we have finally found our home away from home. From the beautiful, immaculate furnishings, to the breathtaking views, to the serene location, we just can't say enough great things about this property!

We enjoyed the open layout of the living room/kitchen area, where there was plenty of comfortable seating and counter space for our wide array of snacks. The sleeping areas were comfortable as well, and were virtually sound-proof! (Perfect for the late-sleepers in our group.) We also took advantage of the fantastic theater room downstairs.

We were able to take advantage of the great location even in the non-ski season. Dinner at the Slopeside's seafood buffet, shopping at the quaint shops in Donegal, and an easy 30 minute drive to Fallingwater made our weekend absolutely perfect!

We certainly hope to return again and again if Diane will have us...thank you for sharing your beautiful home!

Pristine and beautiful

The owners have taken great care of this home. She was very focused on making sure we had everything we needed and expected. Very hands on. Would definitely want to stay there again. Our kids and grandkids had a wonderful time. We had much more space than we could use even with our group of 10. You won't be disappointed!

Our recent stay at Southwind 102, Seven Springs Mountain Resort Champion Pa

Our family recently stayed at this beautiful, spacious, well maintained condo. For the past 6 years we have rented a condo at Southwind with a Platinum rating. This gives me the unique perspective to be able to compare and contrast the different Southwind condos This condo definitely raises the bar for the condos in the area. It is very spacious and well maintained. The family room allows for different activities to go on simultaneously, without family members invading each other's personal space. Shuffleboard, table for playing cards, puzzle building, or snacking. Wet bar and refrigerator. Seating area with large projection TV. Master bedroom, and uniquely designed bath are also adjacent to the Family Room. Perfect setup. The main level is also very spacious, open, warm and inviting. The long dining table is just perfect for large families. The loft area looking over the living area is a great retreat, yet allows you to still feel connected to the family. The heated 2 car garage is ideal for the family to prepare for their day on the slopes and equally nice to which to return. The driveway accommodates 2 cars with parking for 2 cars directly across from the condo. The Master bedroom/bathroom upstairs is also very spacious. The other two bedrooms upstairs also are roomy. My one concern before we arrived was the fact that the condo was not directly on the trail. Our previous stays have always been on the trail. As soon as we arrived I realized this is a non issue. Once you exit the garage you walk perhaps 50 yeards to reach the trail. The family did not find this an inconvenience. They returned by way of the southwind lift. The owner is extremely friendly and helpful. She is very prompt with returning phone calls or emails. Our family has been going to Seven Springs for a weekend getaway for years, most recently to the Southwind area. Once you are at the condo, you do not have to use your car. There is a shuttle to take you to the lodge, restaurants, and other Seven Springs activities. Our family would definitely like to rent this condo for our getaway next Jan. You could sum up the description of this condo as being very spacious, meticulously clean, very convenient and welcoming. As an added bonus, you won't find a nicer owner to work with.

Close to the Piste

The property is a spacious semi-detached building about 50 yards from the piste so direct access to skiing is very convenient. Inside, it is meticulously maintained and is nicely decorated with good media facilities and a nice games room-cum-man-cave. 3 double bedrooms, plus an additional basement bedroom, open plan living room/kitchen/diner with fireplace in the living room section complete the setup. The driveway is big enough for two cars, and there's a heated double garage for skis and other recreational paraphernalia. The owner is a very pleasant lady who clearly has frustrations with the paperwork, but once you get through it, it is most worthwhile, as you know you are dealing with someone who has a lot of pride in their property. We would return if we had another large group.

Very best in Seven Springs

My 25 year old son and I enjoyed a fantastic Father's Day weekend playing golf and catching up at the Seven Springs resort. This mountain top town home played a huge role in creating a first class, unforgettable environment for our time together - clean and perfectly maintained from the kitchen, bedrooms, great room and the outdoor deck including the amazing view. This home exceeded our expectations. Diane was fantastic to work with from initial contact through arrival. We look forward to our next visit.

A Thanksgiving on a beautiful mountain

We had a great time in this home. We had the right information to get into the property. The home was spotless and well maintained. The view of the mountains was spectacular! The grand entertainment center was perfect for our crowd of movie buffs. The kitchen was well equipped for our holiday meal preparations. Our family of eight would love to go back!
