Our four story condo unit is part of a luxury townhouse row on the marsh and is a short walking distance from two heated swimming pools and hot tub as amenities within the main Seagull Condo Association complex. Access privileges to local health club with exercise room and provided at no extra charge to renters.
Completely modern kitchen with high-end Bosch equipment (gourmet gas stove, dishwasher, frig, and microwave), updated high-definition TV service with BluRay/DVD player and plasma flat screen 1080p in loft and additional 4K LCD TV with cable and DVR functionality in main living area. We also offer dedicated and private high-speed wireless Internet access in condo, with password provided to all renters. Includes brand new washer-dryer combo on bedroom floor. Hardwood floors throughout, with fine oriental rugs on all floors, including a mix of Persian, Afghan and Bokhara rugs. Central air conditioning and forced hot water heating system. Extensive breezes from salt marsh at our doorstep and from Wells Beach mean minimal need for summer A/C. Due to great ventilation and cross breezes from dozens of windows, our townhouse is often very comfortable at night for sleeping, even in July and August. Box fans provided for those preferring fresh air to A/C, but central air is of course available for the warmest days and nights.

We are a couple close to retirement and this property is a large part of our summer retirement plans. We really love this place, and the Wells area too, and we hope and expect that guests will treat our home accordingly.

Wells and Wells Beach are among the most desirable summer vacation destinations in all of New England. We are within walking distance from shopping centers and many stores. Wells is far more accessible than the Cape for many North Shore and MetroWest folks in MA and also for anyone in NH.
Wells is a classic and picturesque New England sea town, with a primary tourism industry. Family and couples friendly, with many activities for kids and parents, great restaurants, shopping, and of course, the primary attractions of the seacoast, beautiful beaches, and salt marshes. Chartered fishing trips, whale watching, and great biking with many bike trails are all readily available.
