About Janet Leary

I'm Janet originally from FL where I met my husband 37 years ago. He convinced me to move to CT where I now call home. We started renting for my 94 year old

mother-in-law about 10 years ago when it became too much for her. The cottage has been in my husband Kevin's family since the 60's, he grew up spending summers at the cottage. We love the area and think it's one of the nicest areas in CT for boating, kayaking, canoeing and paddle boarding. We hope you enjoy your stay.

Janet Leary purchased this house in 1960

Cute and awesome location

  • 5 of 5

Owners are really friendly and laid back. The property is close to private and public beaches. 5 minute walk to rocky neck! Simple, cute and has everything you would need for a great vacation. Lots of beds (7 total) plenty of room for visitors. Can't wait to come back next year!
